Great Game

I have played this game exclusively now for a few years and I am very satisfied with the game play. I am a veteran so I have a very keen competitive spirit. When you enter the competitions it is a push of resilience! Who will cross the track in first place! You can gage another players willingness to pay their way to the finish line by how quickly they get through each stage. When you are evenly matched and everyone wants the 350 coins it gets very intense, I’ve been in some competitions where I dont think the other players slept for hours. The graphics are great, the story lines need a lot of work, the update in Germany was inspiring, but more work within each geographic region should be engineered. I also suggest the trains go on a more realistic route that you can check on. Going around in small circles takes away from the experience. Lastly the game is pretty lacking as far as diversity in the characters. I know it has a good brushing of everyone, but I would love to see more diversity in the characters. Love Love Love the game, see you at the yard! One addition should be in the rewards department it seems to be the same over and over, every once in awhile place a fully powered train for the first place position. Great job team!

Call this game “Try Again Later “

That is because hundreds of times a day you will get the message “Sorry, no Video available, please try again later.” Reading that is by far the activity that I have experienced the most. In this game, you are constantly competing against 19 other people to see who can deliver the most resources with your trains. I was playing regularly for months, and usually finishing in the top three without spending any money. Then I bought a $15 event pack to get extra rewards in an event. I never finished above 5th again, and started getting worse results in every contest. About a month after I made the mistake of spending money, my game was back to normal and I started winning again, almost always finishing in the top 3 again. There are about 2 contests per week. The game is more fun at lower levels. Once you get to level 100, you start having to jump through ridiculous hoops to complete deliveries. Play for a while at low levels, than switch to a better game. Example: I just “won” a two day competition, taking 1st place out of 20 competitors. My prize was 86 elite locomotive parts. It takes 118 elite parts and 642 common parts to upgrade my elite locomotive from level 34 to level 35 out of 60, so that prize was minimal. It was as if the first prize for winning the Boston Marathon was a plastic water bottle. Also, after you have been playing for a while, about 50% of the game that error message.

Lots of fun, don’t HAVE to pay to enjoy!

Been playing for just a few days, and this is a great little time-waster. You can pay nothing and just go with what the game gives you as you progress you can pay a little ($2-$3 offers) to speed things up a bit, or of course you can dump a lot if you’re that impatient. There are a good bit of routine tasks, but then there always seems to be something new to figure out the best way to get through. It takes a little thought, but you don’t have to be a rocket scientist or a master of trivia work things out. If you plan your resources right, you can just keep playing continuously with a few 5-10 minute breaks between tasks or train deliveries. It doesn’t force ads on you, but you can watch them IF YOU WANT to gain little perks throughout the game. You’re free to go at your own pace. What I love about this sim is that you don’t have to pay a fortune to enjoy it - which means I will gladly drop a dew $$$ a week to support it as long as I’m having fun with it. Many other game developers could learn from this approach. Big thumbs up.

Developers don’t care

It’s a basic free to play game, expect to make some bit of progress at first and then have extremely long timers later on. The most frustrating part is the drops. I got one and clearly obtained a legendary train on the screen. In fact it was between another yellow legendary and purple train but the one I got was nowhere in my inventory. When I looked I instead was give. A grey common one. After reaching out to the developers they clearly didn’t care and claimed nothing was wrong with this. So if something goes wrong don’t expect any help. I’m sure even if you actually spent money they would be fine with cheating you and giving you something different than what you expected. I’d recommend avoiding if you want to spend any amount of time in a game later on. It’s really not engaging or fun enough to want to keep waiting HOURS to make a small percentage of progress in quests.

After receiving a developer response to this review I can see they do indeed still not care. I had presented a possible bug to them and they refuse to believe anything wrong happened. I really don’t care about getting “good” trains since this a free game. But it’s frustrating when the game does not work as expected and the developers refuse to believe that is the case. If they are unwilling to even acknowledge the possibility that the UI does not match up with what might have happened in the networking back-end then they really deserve a low score.

The worst game ever

To be fair, I like the game, like trains, like moving freight. It “allows” me to do all of that. BUT…I’ve never played a game that makes it basically impossible to get the best equipment. Usually you can at least buy the good stuff…not here…you get a tiny percent chance, AFTER you pay to try to get what you want. Not only that, but it automatically advances you so that your best chance of getting the trains you want is taken away from you without choice. You’re left with the only option being paying for a slight chance to get the train you want. Listen, if you like trains, it’s not even about what the train can do, you just like getting a chance to see the different ones and appreciate just that. This game practically takes that away from you. If you enjoy being frustrated and having basically no chance to get the best trains, go ahead, play. Also, the higher you go in the game, the more restrictive it gets! They force new areas on you, limit what you can carry; they trick you…delivered 7500 barrels of fuel to build a gas station…it took many days…guess what? Not one of my trains qualifies to pick up gas at the gas station!!! I’ve added trains and dispatchers thinking I was adding to my future enjoyment…now my trains sit idle because none of them qualify to do what needs to be done. Went from enjoyable to totally frustrating…thinking about deleting…and I’m like the 8th highest player!!!

Train Station 2 is terrible

While the underlying concept and business model is really good (manage limited resources to gather commodities used to make stuff that is delivered to customers) the game itself is terrible. The “currency” of the game are gems and of course the developers want you to buy gems via in app purchases to advance further more quickly. The game has the alternative to complete surveys for gems. The longer the survey the more gems you can earn. This, however, is where it all falls apart. The surveys often freeze up or you don’t match or you are for some reason kicked out. You may get a minimum of 2 gems as a compensation but more over you then get a message that no more surveys are available so come back later. That “later” often lasts 4 hours or more. Over the last several days I have successfully completed only a few surveys. Even more frustrating is when a survey will take you all the way through to the end only for it to tell you you did not qualify and again you only get 2 gems for your trouble and time.

If the developers are going to allow surveys in which you give opinions and time instead of make in app purchases to earn gems then this feature should work just as well as the rest of the game. If you choose to play this game either resolve that you will advance extremely slowly or just avoid this game and frustration altogether.

Absolutely boring and REDUNDANT!

Literally the second most boring game ive ever tried. Been 3 weeks playing to see if things get any better. They just get worse.
You send out dispatchers, 4 in total when ya really need 10 or more to run trains. More than 4 will cost you, but also only for two or three days. Then ya buy another round for $4 or so every couple days. It is the only way to really make this game work in decent timing. Most trains take an hour to return with the items you sent out for. You can dispatch train after you collect enough stuff to send those trains out. But ya send trains to make the stuff that ya need to send other trains.
Basically unless you are pumping alot of money into this one, play for ten minutes, wait an hour to come back and collect. Thats about 90% of the play time. Repeat over and over and its is extremely redundant and boring. Dont waste your time and money on this crap. There are thousands and thousands of much better games out there that dont waste your time. Oh, and forgot to mention this thing is filled with video ads that you must watch in order to collect some rewards that you have actually already earned. Guess whos racking it in on this one. Reminds me of an older game (seaport) that ive tried before. Same exact play modes, same exact needing money to successfully play.

Favorite game, play consistently

Just out of curiosity, I read the 1-star reviews. Some of y’all are pathetic. This is a perfect game, and the strategy is in figuring out the best/most efficient way to play. What type of clown wants everything to happen…. Immediately?? It’s not a game you camp out on, for hours at a time. It’s a PHONE game. It’s perfect for those who don’t mind checking in throughout the day/night and sending some trains out. It’s sad of there are really those who “spend hundreds” to play. Chill, man. Enjoy the game, enjoy the strategy. Enjoy the contests. The enjoyment is in building up as the game progresses. Some of these lil kids want everything unlocked, and immediately! They aren’t enjoying anything. I wouldn’t change a thing…. And those that DO have complaints??? Go write your own game, while you still know everything. I’ve got some fantastic people of all ages, and no petulant brats who want to “pay to win” at any price. We do just fine, and support the devs by watching the vids/ads. They even show some other cool games.

A beautiful and pleasantly addictive game

With high-art graphics and attention to visual and gameplay detail, this app checks all the right boxes. The artistry of each train and landscape is admirable. The gameplay is uncomplicated. It is a collect and deliver game at heart. The train motif is perfect for this. I like that the in-app purchases and commercials are options, not required. You can skip commercials and not make one purchase and still enjoy the game but there are certain small investments that I personally find a great return on my entertainment dollars. My wish list is one thing: make the train stories and details historically tied like the early computer game: Sid Meir’s Railroad Tycoon. The stories are the game’s weakest aspect by far. Another compliment: Customer Service is on the job and very impressive. I was having connection problems. They researched it. They found others were having a similar issue. They not only sought to issue a patch ASAP but determined it’s source as one large ISP. They are prompt and helpful if you have any questions or issues. A true five-star rating!

Fun & addicting!

I’ve only been playing for a couple days (only lv20 out of like 1000), but really enjoying the game so far.

My only comment is an aesthetic one. During the game, you build a city in the “station” tab to generate population which lets you unlock certain things (mainly warehouse upgrades I think). However, it’s not a particularly pretty city and the balance of buildings seems off. I would love to see more residential buildings and less schools. Maybe a couple small suburb blocks that eventually upgrades into a skyscraper? Also no cars drive on the roads in the city? And there are no people walking in the park or on the street? And I don’t think every block needs to be surrounded by roads on all 4 sides either. Would be nice to see a random patterns of larger blocks or maybe players could rearrange/build delete roads themselves. I just would like to be able to put my pool next to my high school without a road in the middle.

Again, these are just aesthetic ideas and do impact the game overall. Still, would be really cool to see implemented.

Stats are us

Lots of numbers tracking which I like being a stat major. Takes a lot of inventory attention to manage the train destinations. The special events are time hogging for me, but it’s also rewarding for supplies and train purchases. If anything needs improvement, it would be to make legendary trains easier to get, and labeling trains better so to minimize wasted trips. Love TrainStation2 overall, spent some cash on the special event but probably didn’t need to. (Wanted that 3rd place trophy). Made level 26 so far, plan to continue until supplies run too short to continue the free play. (Added, the legendary trains are next to impossible to get without playing the time consuming special events which pop in every other week it seems). Sometimes you just want to continue the game without the distraction.
Also, certain trains (2 max sometimes) can only go to certain areas which is depressing when you own nearly 18 of them.
Adds to a lot of time spent and requires upgrading trains with limited supplies to do so. Must be patient I guess.

Much better now

The game has great visuals of landscapes and trains and it is super fun to build different cities. My big problem with the game is that once you get to around level 20 it just takes so long. Whenever you save enough keys for a new train it seems to never be a good one. To me it just seems like one of those games tou have to keep paying money just to make decent progress at. To me there are also just way to many different screens and options you need to go though, I would like a much simpler, fast paced game that doesn’t require payment to get ahead. Just too many options and random things you need to do that take way too long for such a small payoff.

Update: Not sure if they updated it but I seem to level up a lot faster now and the gameplay seems smoother. I wish there weren’t so many ads or micro purchases, but that’s every game right now. Much better game and I would recommend playing if you like trains and are looking for a casual game. I do wish the options purchases weren’t so expensive.

Appealing time waster without forced ads

This game has cute graphics, let’s you decide whether you want to watch ads (which you will), can be played without paying and still allows you to make progress, if slowly. Events shake things up a bit and provide opportunities for items that are otherwise hard to get. I know this will get boring eventually, but that’s OK. For those claiming events can’t be won without paying: I’m level 22 and just finished 1st place in a competition without spending a dime before or during the event. Probably not going to happen again but I think it’s really just luck of the draw.

They recently had a technical glitch where I lost over 2000 event keys(in-game currency) that took many days to earn. No financial loss, but extremely frustrating. They acknowledged a wide-spread technical issue on their side and promised to fix it and re-instate all that was lost. They did so within a few hours and added some extras for the inconvenience. Can’t complain there.

Train station 2

In my opinion this game is really good, there are many aspects of the game that make it fun like balancing resources or choosing which projects to complete first so that other projects are made easier. I love the upgrading mechanics so that you can have bigger trains and have more trains out simultaneously. The only drawback for me is that after Britain you don’t really develop the land much. I loved the Britain level because you could see all the changes you made, you made new tracks, gained access to new resources built bridges and developed the country with things like the farm and port. However when I arrived in Germany it was completely different, all the train lines were already built for you and all of the resources (except timber) were already there, you had no effect on the countryside and did not develop the lines. I am currently 75% through Germany and nothing has changed since the start. Something that would help me continue to play the game would be more levels like Britain and less like Germany but overall it is a great game and the time limited events are always a nice challenge and difference from the rest of the game!

Best App game I have ever downloaded!

If you like trains and enjoy rewards for time invested this is a great game. I have been playing for a few months now and I have spent $4.00 and I only did that because I wanted to. This game does not make you spend money to play, yes things take longer if you don’t pay to play but you are still able to enjoy the game at a decent pace. This game doesn’t constantly force ads down your throat. You can choose to watch ads for extra coins or jewels but it’s your choice. I love that the game is also family friendly. No violence, no blood, no sexually suggestive content and no foul language, just good wholesome fun playing with trains and building your different levels. I love that they have special events on a regular basis which allow you to earn extra trains and different types of spendable items. It’s a great game! Thank you to the game developers for providing good wholesome fun without bleeding my pocketbook dry. I highly recommend.

Fun but annoying

Managing a supply chain of parts and inventory and sending trains to build a world is fun at first, but the game rapidly grows annoying.

There are four levels of locomotives, from readily-available to hard-to-get. Within each level, there are steam, diesel, and electric variants. The annoying part of this game is how so many of the missions to send something someplace to someone specify the engine to be used. You watch commercials, earn and spend gems, maybe spend real money, complete challenges and then YAY! You finally get a “legendary” top tier engine! But the individual missions usually still specify the engines and your next mission requires a level 2, steam engine. Not level 2 OR BETTER, as would make logical sense, but just level 2. No more, no less. So all that work to finally get that hard-to-find engine was wasted. And this happens a lot. You spend a week finding an engine and then do a bunch of in-game stuff to upgrade that engine to a useful level, and the next three missions all require something entirely different.

There is no logic to it. No rules about why or why not a certain engine can or cannot be used. Just annoying arbitrariness.

Kind of confusing and unstable

I have played this game for a few hours over a few days. Once you get the hang of it the game can be fun...for awhile. There is not much to this game. Game is just a load and unload (pick up/deliver) type game play. Not really a true train game. No choice of engines or train cars. They are given out randomly. Tracks are already in place so no game play there. I can only play the game for short periods because of boredom and with few trains to use it gets old fast. I very seldom spend money on games because I don’t play much. However if you spend real money on this game it may keep your interest a bit longer...maybe. Also if they added something similar to “Bit City” to this game it would be many many times better then ether of them. It wouldn’t add any more strategy but would add more interest. It crashes out (exits) a lot. This seems to be an ongoing problem that isn’t being addressed or it can’t be fixed. I haven’t lost anything but seems it closes out so often that its unplayable at times. Game needs more work and a better strategy for longer interest in playing.

ADS TO MUCH!!! PLEASE READ PARENTS.

I’m a parent my son likes this game soooooo much and I watched him play with your game and any-way stupid crap adds started to pop up with: girls half naked/ and stupid zombie 🧟‍♂️ killing adds I’m tried of it it’s just so stupid and not fit for 4-year old kids he has nightmares about the dumb adds 1 time we were down at the beach in a house 🏠 and my son kept waking me up because of the dumb adds I can’t do it anymore but I did promise him he could keep TrainStation2 . And I have seen him play other game with some-kind of add blocker you should REALLY add that to the game because if other parents/people/kids saw this I’m sure they would like to get that add-blocker thingy so PLEASE add that and I’d think 💭 this game proper age to play it should be: 10-year old but overall I like the game it’s kinda cool 😎 with the different types of trains 🚂 overall the part I don’t like are the STUPID ADDS! And Why did you put: 4 for a proper age it should be 10 and it’s kinda hard and confusing and unstable. And please add that add-blocker thingy I got that in other games for. my son got but have a nice day and a VERY nice thanksgiving weekends and bye!

Sincerely, AJ Ziegler

More & More Pressure To BUY Gems

Game starts out fun, but as you progress you are under more and more pressure to Buy Gems with In-App Purchases. Progress continues to slow as jobs take longer and longer to complete, Unless You Buy & Spend Gems. Perfect example of the addiction feedback loop in play. Play something amazing like Northgard which requires No internet or purchases to satisfy your building and strategy thirst. Some other examples of deliberate abuse in this game are: “Free” parts crates will never produce anything but junk parts, and the base train box returns numerous duplicates of the base garbage trains. You will be teased with a couple of initial rare and epic wins, but they stop shortly after. We installed this game on three devices and this behavior was identical! This train has left the station permanently! Edit: Thanks to the devs for your response. If you don’t mind playing this game by queuing a few jobs and setting it aside for an hour before playing again, then they are correct, it is free and you won’t have to buy anything. When I play a game I plan to be engaged by it without interruption for the duration of my available time. Spending $50 for a game is fine, I do not expect that experience for free.

Love this game

To be completely honest I love this game, yeah it’s a little slow at times but I’m here for the trains mainly. This games s far a free to play games go is fantastic. Even though I love this game as the train lover that I am I would like to see a if some these suggestions that I have could be implemented into the game. First off I would like a way to customize passenger cars for your own railroad, it’s how the real railroads did it, and I think would would be so cool to have em stead of just the mix of passenger cars that we get, secondly I think it would be cool to see trains go the other direction through your station when you send them out, it would be so cool to have the trains roll past each other in your station, and again it would be pretty prototypical of the real railroads. These are just suggestions, I’ve been playing this game for long enough to find a few things I’d like to see. All in all though it’s a great game that keeps me playing day after day.

A good diversion, for a week

I know some people are very serious about their games. Maybe they are single and jobless, and can devote the majority of their waking hours to gameplay, but that is not me. I like diversions that will interest and engage me for a few minutes to an hour at a time. This is not one of those.

For a week. You are given a small village/country and several tasks to build railroads and deliver items to certain places, and the tasks require 1-5 minutes to accomplish. It’s fun to balance the acquisition of raw materials and turn them into cash and/or developed goods and/or larger railroads. There’s an engaging sense of balance with tasks and upgrades and acquisitions, etc.

Then, rather suddenly, every task will require an hour to accomplish. This means, you set your 3-6 trains onto a task, and then…do nothing for an hour. This essentially means you will end up playing the game for three minutes at a time, sending your trains on their way, and then closing out. Then you go away and come back when you can, collect your items, send your trains on 3-6 more hour-long tasks, and close out. After a few days of this, I realized, this just isn’t any fun, and it’s not changing, only getting worse. Where's the fun? Where’s the sense of accomplishment? In short, you realize you’re not playing the game any more, but it's playing you. It’s all obligations, and no entertainment.

Genuine 5 star review

The game itself is nothing special, it’s entertaining and all...but the real reason I gave it 5 stars is the business model of the game developers. Most “free” games are pay to win or advance in any reasonable manner. Sure, in this game you can pay to speed up the process but they do it so much better: the diamonds (essentially premium currency), you can pay to get or you can get in other ways throughout the game like rewards for certain benchmarks and other things. Most games give you a bit of the premium currency at the start and none ever after that unless you pay. Not this app. And ads. I don’t think I ever been more content with ads in a game than I am in this app. You don’t watch any ads unless you opt to. So many games nowadays bombard you with ads after mere minutes or even seconds of gameplay. this app will only play ads if you choose to play an ad for a reward (say, double your regular payment or for premium currency). Never have I watched an unsolicited ad in this app. I actually end up watching more ads because I’ve chosen to watch them on my own free will rather than being bombarded with them.

Once again, the game is ok, but keep up the work on ads and diamonds, and I’ll gladly stand by this review!

Like but…

I like mostly all of what Train Station 2 has to offer but there are 2 things that I really don’t like.
1. Players are forced to babysit the game for 3 hours at a time to obtain any building blocks to expand their property, regardless of what level the player is on. Even though you can buy things for real money, you cannot expand your property. A HUGE restriction and has made me rethink how much time I actually want to spend since it absolutely makes no difference whatsoever if you want to buy all those new buildings I keep unlocking.
2. There’s a seasonal side game that has nothing to do with regular game play with no mention or reference to any sort of reward for pulling you away from actual gameplay. This is not the themed portion of the regular game but a weird section off on its own where? It’s weird. It doesn’t fit. And has no purpose that I can see except to distract and keep players from progressing in the real game.
I took a star for each of these things because each is a detriment enough to warrant it. Either there needs to be more explanation and incorporating of these areas or correction altogether.

Fun game until the update!

I have been playing this game for over a year and have really enjoyed it. However, recently the game was updated with many new looks. On a positive note the graphics of the different regions and trains look great. Unfortunately many of the features such as navigation around the game definitely took a step in the wrong direction! I am not sure what the developers were thinking but I think they really messed up this part of the game. As stated above the graphics of the different regions are fantastic! However, producing resources in the factories is not as easy as it was in the past and the graphics are definitely not as good inside the factories. In addition the icons in the game are now cartoonish and in my opinion look cheesy. It just doesn’t match with the graphics of the regions. Overall the game is fun to play but since the update I don’t enjoy playing the game nearly as much. I hope the developers consider going back to the drawing board because they truly made the game worse. Also be aware that if you want to advance in this game it will cost you. Purchasing diamonds, coins, trains, etc…is not cheap!

Pixel Federation has HORRIBLE Product Change Management

About 2 to 4 weeks prior to the July 2023 “new” UI rollout, PF ran a survey campaign that was very vague about gauging opinion of the previous UI. Yes, there were issues with the previous UI. But there were absolutely ZERO examples for new possibilities presented. The survey did not seek user opinion about the exact elements that changed, whether in size, color, position on the screen, etc. The survey was a complete fraudulent and misleading sham. That is not how you do change management!!! Get a proper evaluation done before you even pull the trigger to release the new product. This new UI is absolutely HORRIBLE. Visually a disaster. Elements are difficult to view - text color is misleading, and font size too small for a grossly oversized graphic element. Region selection has become even more difficult to navigate. We need one screen where we can access any given region at once. The old method had medium size in a matrix 2x wide, but still had to scroll. Now we receive a single row of oversized cards, meaning you have to scroll EVEN more. Not conducive to realistic gameplay. Again, a change that was basically not tested with the user base prior to implementing. A MASSIVE FAILURE BY PIXEL FEDERATION. THIS COMPANY CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER. STOP CHOOSING TO FAIL. FIX YOUR DISASTER!

Forced ads forced me away

The developers have added forced ads which now pop up almost every time you switch regions (Which is constant in this game). You can disable this by making a purchase which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a money grab pure and simple although they say it’s to grow the game. I’ve played for almost 2 years and the ability to watch ads to advance gameplay was great but now the game is too frustrating because of this. I had no issue watching on average 10 ads a day to advance gameplay and build resources so I don’t see now how the addition of forced ads is needed to develop the game. I have no issue with a developer making money off the game but forced ads immediately make the game frustrating and quite frankly I no longer want to open TrainStation2 . For what it’s worth, I’m level 187 so this is not coming from a newbie. Sorry guys but until the forced ads are gone you are losing the revenue from the ads I chose to watch from this player. On a final note, I also found it annoying that I have to create an account to email the developers as their support feature will not let you contact them otherwise.

Ok for a couple of months

But I actually was getting tired of it after about a week or so. The “events” kept me interested for awhile, but to do well in them you need to spend some money, which I did…more than I wanted to, but that isn’t the game’s fault.
The biggest problem is the waiting. First, you need raw materials. If you have an open dispatcher you send a train to pick some up. That part usually goes fairly quickly, less than 5 minutes. Then, You need to take rhe raw materials and manufacture the goods to ship to the stations. That can take anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour. Then, depending on the goods you need to make, you may need more time to turn those basic goods into finished goods, which can mean another hour. Once your goods are ready to ship, you assign a train to carry them, as long as you have a dispatcher free. If not, you have to wait until one is free. When you finally get your goods on the train to be shipped where they are wanted, it takes an hour for them to get there, and a dispatcher is tied up until that job is done. It doesn’t matter what type of train, or how many cars are full. It takes an hour in most cases.
I realized I was spending more time waiting than I was playing, and I was paying for it. How bored was I that I continued to do this for two months! Bored AND stupid.
I strongly recommend you spend you time (and money) somewhere else.

Was great. Now an add machine

Please stop the ads. The goal is now not to run trains but to avoid ads. I will watch ads when i think the reward is worth the effort. Not just to continue. Ads occur every 3 minutes or so. Only way to stop the add is to shut the game down wait then start it up gain. Not because my platform cant play the add i shut down TrainStation2 to stop the ad. If you restart the ap again You will then have about 3 minutes of playing time before the next add pops up. Hard to give this game anything better than 1 star. Recent updates adds adds when you try and do anything. Very frustrating. Not worth playing now the new graphics layout is not great but you can live with it but it reduces the pleasure. The ads that appear for even the simplist tasks has me scared of hitting any button as i anticipate an ad popping up and the 30 second delay. I now end the game when an add pops up and might come back in an hour. I didnt even try the Halloween event as it really add filled . Another really annoying fact is that the surveys that allow you to collect gems are a scam . You can spend 10 plus minutes filling out a survey only to be told after all the questions are logged that you dont qualify and you get no reward. Between the ads and the survey scam i cannot recommend this game to anyone

The Ads have gotten out of control!

This was a decent game several years ago. Since then, we’ve had several updates that were amateurish in looks changed the play of the game. Although I eventually got used to this, the ads keep getting longer and longer. 30 sec is long enough to get the free items, but 90!? And then, you play a game with hitting the X to close and it automatically takes you to TrainStation2 Store. Back and forth, X, App Store. You know you’re doing it PF! Royal match is the worst. I find it ironic that it claims no ads in its gameplay yet I can’t play my game unless I spend 2 min trying to get 2 free Union gears. Then after watching it for 30 sec or so the X appears making it seem you can close the ad, but no….. now a pop up window appears telling you that you can leave, but you lose the item wasting even more of your time. I know yo7 hav3 to make money, but greed has taken over Pixel Federation. I already know your response is going to be you don’t control the ads, another company does. That excuse is old! I hire company’s to work for me. If my clients aren’t happy because of them, I warn them to change. PF encourages them because of greed. I’ve hit my last straw. This is a recurring complaint thru all of the comments on all your games. Not just TS2. Too bad. You had a decent game.

TS2 is the most boring, repetitive and nausiating experience I have had. It's ONLY redeeming feature is the quality of the graphics which are excellent. The main problem with this thing is the company ppixel federation (or - perpetual failures) they claim they are gamers for gamers but the the fact is, they are only in it for themselves and dont give a hoot about what those who try to play it think. They say they want feed back with problems etc and then they ignore them or make excuses for them. The bottom line with this thing is it has been designed to get people to spend real money on the OFF CHANCE of getting something in return. If you like sitting around for hours waiting for something to happen, then this game/thing is for you - if you enjoy 100% boredom after 10 minutes - GET this game - if you want some absorbing and challenging then go and watch paint dry - it'll be more interesting and forfilling!
