I purchased this product in, 9mm, 40 caliber, and my 45, along with the stand and phone holder.
Upon receiving them, the units I purchased, the unit fir my 9mm was non operational out of the box.
I changed the batteries, and tried everything I could to make the unit function, but to no avail.
I then contacted the company, via their website, to let them know of my issue, with no response after several inquiries.
I then took to social media to address my concerns, in hopes that I’d be able to get a simple defective exchange, and in fact exchanged information with several people, also providing a copy of my invoice.
In several attempted follow ups, I was told I’d be contacted by a person by the name of Brian, whom I was told he would call me to address my concerns.
Again, I followed up, via the Personal Messenger, along as social media, and in response, the company took it upon themselves to, “BLOCK” me, which then removed my comments from their social media comments.
Now, as a result of these actions, I have no other choice but to pursue, other means of satisfaction, to get a simple exchange.
I will be notifying Better Business, and possibly other resources available.
This company willfully and blatantly refused to address any my dissatisfaction, in obtaining an exchange.
