Super disappointed!
I was FORCED to update the old this app app to this new one, and have since had nothing but issues. Calling their “customer support” was not helpful. When attempting to log into the new app, first I got “sorry. No pharmacy information is available. Try logging in again” (this was yesterday 12/29) and today I got “sorry. Your account was moved to another pharmacy” - when I clicked the HOME button, it brought up a map of ROME. As in ROME, ITALY. (I live in a tiny town that only has like 3 pharmacies. In ILLINOIS!!) Unfortunately, I can’t use the old app, as it directs to the new, not improved, NON WORKING app. 🧐
