How to fix TraX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TraX app on iPhone
Update TraX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TraX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TraX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TraX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix TraX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TraX app issues:

Force Stop the TraX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TraX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TraX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TraX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TraX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TraX.

Fix TraX unable to contact server/ TraX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TraX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TraX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TraX on android.
