I’ve been having issues with scheduled on/off timers since updating from iOS 14 to 15.0.2 on my iPhone XR. My schedule settings were changed (one out of five scheduled on/offs was changed to a time 30 minutes different than it originally was) and the device will randomly turn a light on for me outside any time I scheduled it to be turned on or off. When going in and setting manual “once” on/off timers, sometimes they work, other times they don’t. I’ve unplugged the devices and plugged them back in to see if that would help with something but it hasn’t fixed the issue. I haven’t completely remade my regular timer schedules but if the issues persist, that will be the next thing I’ll try.

I loved this plug until I had to change my WiFi password In my house and then it stopped working probably. I have reached out several ways and all I keep getting a run around. When I contacted the app support within the app no response. When I went back to App Store and looked up app and clicked app support next to write a review it takes u to V tac who responses this
We actually don’t fix these it’s a confusion as to why we are attached to the app support...
I am thinking that’s a safe answer. I am going to make it my mission to find out how this will be resolved.

I have 4 switched outlets. Original registration was fine.
Changed my home’s network SSID, now one device refuses to register to my account after re-registering. Using 2.4 band. Device’s relays operate and indicator light changes from blue to red within a few seconds (indicating device is connected to WiFi), but the progress indicator continues to cycle through to 100% (other devices dismissed the indicator a second or two after relays responded), and app reports unsuccessful.
Same behavior for several attempts and for both initial (fast blink) and alternate (slow blink and direct connect of phone to device’s SSID) registrations. Can’t find support contact info.
Other 3 are fine and use with IFTTT is straightforward.
