It's getting better but still needs a multiple photo upload option and the choice to make a one time payment. Other than that NotesToDoListPlanner is really good. Developer already fixed one issue I had. I'll give five stars when the two things I mentioned above are added.
Update: my photos have seem to disappear. There still there but blank. I will change my rating when this issue is fixed.
I like the over all design of NotesToDoListPlanner but it seems to take too many steps to get to some features. It still has some kinks to work out including #hashtags and overall flow. Just going through the demo, I used 80 Elements of the 500, so you can expect to pay monthly or annually for NotesToDoListPlanner. I will keep an eye on this as I could see this in my workflow. They also need an HTML website to access the content when I work on Windows.
It greatly help me in writing by outlining my blog post. I love that you can add image, file, video, and link. I wish I can use this in Windows 10.
Update: 1/09/20- Unit keeps on getting better and better! I am absolutely in love with the new look and update. It really feels like a professional note app. NotesToDoListPlanner is so unique compared to others in this field. Thank you Devs for all the hard work and the amazing improvements that keep coming!
I can’t believe this is still such a new app because it is such an awesome app. There are so many ways you can use NotesToDoListPlanner. I love the concepts of units. They are super handy and you can do some really intricate organization with them! Love love love it! Can’t wait for future updates, on top of an already solid app.. it’s going to be epic!
I was using the normal notes app on iphone and I was thinking “ shi, I want to put notes in notes” so I looked for a notes app that would let me do that and NotesToDoListPlanner does literally exactly that, and more stuff I didn’t even consider. It’s so clutch i’m so grateful I found this
This is the best app I ever seen.
Kind of like Notion, but native
OMG! I have been dreamed about NotesToDoListPlanner like this for a very long time!
I’ve never written any review but I need to say something here.
Stunning design, amazing organizational features, awesome drag&drop, reminders, passcode and a lot of other things.
From my perspective it’s much better than native Notes app and Notion for iOS combined.
Kudos to the developer.
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A simple, intuitive way to organize my thoughts and projects!
I’ve been looking for an app that’s better than notes but not clunky to navigate. Unit manages that and includes a bunch of extra features that sold it for me. Being able to nest notes inside each other helps me sort stories and notes for ideas that are related; being able to put images in-line with the notes made my recipes look much better on my phone; and I love being able to color-code and add tags to each unit so I can sort and filter through them all quickly.
NotesToDoListPlanner is basically just an upgraded notepad that lets me keep things sorted and collected, and add just a splash of flair. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Use it more than apples “notes” app way easier to keep things organized
I started testing out Unit as a substitute for Evernote’s app and was pleasantly surprised by the intuitive controls and shortcuts to create deeply nested outlines. It’s akin to a messaging platform for your thoughts and ideas. Unlike OneNote and Evernote, Unit doesn’t clutter the workspace with too many features that can bloat NotesToDoListPlanner into an intractable information pool or self constructed, self-contained wiki. Unit seems focused on developing and designing a simple but powerful notebook.
Very functional and easy to use. I love that I can build within each unit and within each piece of each unit. This is more than a checklist app but can be used as such. Love love love it
This notebook app is perfect. It gives you just the right amount of options without overloading and bloating the experience. NotesToDoListPlanner can serve a lot of different purposes if you want it to. Can’t wait to see what they do next with it!
These new building block apps like Notion and Coda are becoming super popular. The problem is those apps are web and desktop first and don’t make great apps.
Enter Unit Notes. It’s similar in nature to these services but is mobile first with a true offline mode. I’m becoming super hooked on NotesToDoListPlanner. I hope it sticks around.
I found NotesToDoListPlanner on reddit and I LOVE it it’s really versatile you can set things up in really easy and clear ways it makes it so visually it’s appealing I was on the fence at first because I usually dislike writing and note taking apps but this one takes the cake thank you for making my life easier!
After a long search for the perfect notes app, this is as good as it gets. It does everything I could want, with limitless organizational capacity. The team is very responsive and helpful to get issues addressed. Now I have to migrate all my notes over from my previous app, wish I would have found this sooner!
NotesToDoListPlanner is perfect for everything. I use it for notes, to-do lists, school, and work. I prefer it over any other Notes or Planner app. However, I haven’t been using it as much lately because I am constantly switching from my iPhone to my MacBook and I need something that is integrated through both. Is there a possibility that a compatible MacOS app will be developed?
OK … so actually version 1.5.3.144, but the point is that the hierarchical structure, the ability to batch move things, to tag (certain types) of elements — all this works, is easy to learn and to use, and is practical! Presumably it’ll just keep getting features. I’m hooked.
