My Zippay app keeps freezing !
I can't get into my zip account at all. It lets me put in my password and then won't do anything after that.
The app says install, but I cannot find it on my phone.
When I do checkout it says it can’t accept zip pay
I’m not able to click on the zip pay button on the bottom. It just shows me My virtual card. I also get messages saying That my payment was declined. Am I able to Get a new virtual card?
Not letting me make a purchase account is up to date and no payments are due keep a asking me to check my default payment I check and everything is up to day and account has money
As I enter the app, out of the blue, a screen pops up thanking me for considering Zip, as if I suddenly didn't want to use the app anymore..The message also reads we cannot give you access to Zip today and that was four days ago. All the support "team" does is send me articles to read and wait a few days so the system will reset..Days later, still the same.. All payments on time, approved by Zip three times in a row, my method of repayment approved. What an odd app.. Seems if you aren't buying diamonds and Rolex watches, the computer spits you out and a permanent screensaver is your destiny..

I've had issues with the app for over a month. I try to login and it crashes. I've tried removing the app and downloading it again a few times and it is still broken.
