I’m not able to click on the zip pay button on the bottom. It just shows me My virtual card. I also get messages saying That my payment was declined. Am I able to Get a new virtual card?

As I enter the app, out of the blue, a screen pops up thanking me for considering Zip, as if I suddenly didn't want to use the app anymore..The message also reads we cannot give you access to Zip today and that was four days ago. All the support "team" does is send me articles to read and wait a few days so the system will reset..Days later, still the same.. All payments on time, approved by Zip three times in a row, my method of repayment approved. What an odd app.. Seems if you aren't buying diamonds and Rolex watches, the computer spits you out and a permanent screensaver is your destiny..
