I set up my Camhipro ptz camera on my ipad, but when I try to access it on my iphone it keeps telling me that I am using the "wrong password". I have tried changing the camera's password on the ipad and retrying, but the same message appears: wrong password. I gave tried the default password admin. No luck What can I do?

I just bought a couple Boavison security cameras, model HD22M102M. I'm using the CamHiPro app. I first started using the cloud option to record movement, then decided to go with micro SD cards. Everything was working fine when I was using a cloud account, but now that I'm using the sd cards, the app is causing the cameras to record constantly. I have the record duration set to 33 seconds, but once it records for 33 seconds, it starts recording another session for another 33 seconds...and so on and so on. And it's doing this without detecting any movement. I would like it to record only when the camera detects human movement...and just for 33 seconds. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this.

Used the camera less than 9 months. Gears in the camera will not travel back and forth. The mechanism locks up. Cannot seem to get the unit to scan left and right - seems to set right and sticks there - any suggestions of how to fix this - seems to be a common problem - internal Motor seems to have jammed on horizontal lock - does S move up and down but that’s a different motor. I have rebooted and re installed however has not fixed the issue - seems more mechanical - motor seizing . is this fixable - replaceable ? Do you have any solution. i have camhipro running on my old Galaxy android phone and it works great with 10 cams. I have a new phone and the cameras did not transfer over. What am I doing wrong? are there filse that I can transfer from the old one to the new one without having to recreate all these cameras, of which some are shared to me. Trying to set up on Bluestacks 5 - It did work before on the previous version, but now it treats me as a new user. Can I not just sign in and get the 2 cameras and settings I now have automatically? There does not seem to be an option to sign in to my existing account. - If I try to add the cameras as new cameras, it asks for a UID - If it is on the original camera I have no way to access it as it is located very high up an outside wall and no way can I get to it without getting someone in to see what it is. The box is long gone. Then it asks for a username, I cannot remember what that was and a password which I do think I have, changed just recently. You will know all of these at your end I suppose. Can you email me billcowan1@redacted what exactly I have to enter - Ideally just as it is set up on my phone +44 799551962. There must be an easier way! I'm happy with how it works on my phone, but want to use it with Blue Iris so I can use it with all my other varied cameras in the one app. All advice is very welcome.

Needs some work!

Unfortunately no thumbnail of camera activity is showing on every motion file. You need to spend a lot of time looking viewing every video file. A picture of the motion that triggered the recording is so helpful. This is a missing feature. Another problem on my iPad is the program runs in portrait mode. The playback is landscape. When using playback I need to keep switching the iPad 90 degrees to see the image. It would be helpful to simply stream all the alert videos 1 after another! I hate needing to play each motion detection alert one at a time in order to sort through 20+ motion alert videos every day! Motion Alerts are set to maximum sensitivity. (100) the app won’t even detect a UPS truck passing by the camera. PITA!

Really horrible.

This is the only app that appears to be linked to my very expensive solar IP camera. It will work for a few weeks and stop working after updates. Has not worked in 3 weeks after last update. Phone company said it’s not their SIM card. Cannot reset camera from app. Will likely have to completely delete and reinstall to see if it’ll work. Really horrible program.

Newest version is not good

I have three cameras on the network, all are connected through Wi-Fi. The two that are the closest to the router constantly get dropped. Network anomaly. Over and over and over. The one that’s the furthest away, never has any problems like that. The problem is only gotten worse with the newest updated version of this app. Please fix!
