I had called the hotel and all agents were busy.
The call hold tune is extremely annoying!

It constantly keeps on repeating again to go and download WestgateResorts from Appstore, playstore and Microsoft Store.

After you login it asks to approve terms and conditions and then crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Crashes when you agree to terms and conditions. WestgateResorts is pure trash.

Just booked my vacation and the whole time they kept encouraging WestgateResorts . Download WestgateResorts and only get system errors.

WestgateResorts throws me into a loop when I try logging in and requires to read terms every time. When I agree to terms it shuts WestgateResorts down and I have to start over. Flaky at best.

Whenever I try to log in there’s a system error and to try later. I try later again system error.

I have tried to open WestgateResorts multiple times and it just closes out so I can’t give a rating on what it does when I can’t see anything

WestgateResorts never works. I open it put in my login and password and the it tells me to accept terms and conditions and as soon as I do that WestgateResorts crashes. Worst app I have ever tried to use!!!!!

WestgateResorts never works and trying to use it locked me out of my account! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve accepted terms and conditions and still can’t get in. I’ve given up. WestgateResorts is indicative of the decline in service.

Won’t show me anything. Anytime i go to look at my balance it crashes. Do not buy a timeshare with westgate I’m so happy and lucky i didn’t. I only purchased a week and have the most horrible experience so i can only imagine those suffering with a timeshare.

WestgateResorts has offers that are not valid or available. They offer deals in WestgateResorts that you cannot obtain. They do not honor their written terms and conditions that are within WestgateResorts . Sales persons blatantly lie and customer service is not responsive. A bad company with a b... Apps only good in checking your reservation but when your place request Resort wont recognize. It’s been 2 days our requests still on queued. Tried to call the front Desk and they didn't see any request. I don't recommend this application.

I’ve been trying to enroll in the loyalty program but WestgateResorts is not updated. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled WestgateResorts literally 11 times. I know it’s the old version because because it keeps showing me the Comenity Westgate credit card. I even called for help and got none then she... It always shows that username and password are wrong and when you finally login to see your account you have to login again. You will think for the amount of money Westgate makes, they will invest in a decent app, so recently they took the time to “upgrade”, it would have been better to stay the wa... I am glad the team finally has decided to develop an App. For IOS, there are still some features I would like to see, however “Great Job”

Glad to see Westgate finally has an app. It is brand new and I’m still checking it out but so far it appears to be very useful and convenient. I can make payments, book travel and even explore the different resorts. I think WestgateResorts will be very beneficial.

The Westgate Mobile App is the worst App I have. I have never been able to log on into WestgateResorts. I rate WestgateResorts as very poor and at best very slow.

I just want everyone to know , we are very unhappy with Wegate Resort in Gatlinburg TN. We bought into this resort about five years ago and have never stayed. Just recently we paid off the balance, including all maintenance fees, a little over 7000.00 . I called today to try to make a reservation f... Show more or next year, witch is our year to stay ( even year ) and I was told we can only stay in January and March only , no matter what year we stay. But if we would like to stay any other time we can pay 500.00 extra every time we want to stay. What is the use of owning a share here.
