Outdated/ bugs/ server issues
Hate it!!! This app is still showing offers from 2019. Its now March 2021. The app is Offering expired deals, nothing is up to date, and The server goes out when you attempt to pay your bill online. Someone on their tech team needs to fix this. Especially now having new owners who prefer the app. Calling them is such a inconvenience and very time consuming as well. It may be Even worse than the app...You get transferred at least 2 times after already waiting about 30 minutes with the operator. Id prefer not to waste an hour on the phone every-time when i need to pay my bill !!! Please UPDATE THIS APP WESTGATE!!

Still not seeing the updated app!!!
I’ve been trying to enroll in the loyalty program but the app is not updated. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app literally 11 times. I know it’s the old version because because it keeps showing me the Comenity Westgate credit card. I even called for help and got none then she doesn’t know why I’m not seeing the updated version of the app. So here I am an owner since 1997 and I can’t even join in on the loyalty program!!

Not Reliable
Apps only good in checking your reservation but when your place request Resort wont recognize. It’s been 2 days our requests still on queued. Tried to call the front Desk and they didn't see any request. I don't recommend this application.
