After The New Update de application is not working Like Before for me
Constant issues with BitVision crashing and it only opens videos in playback less than 10% of the time. Unuseable
After few recent updates playback does not work properly. Moving the green cursor at the bottom of the screen to a certain time of day always jumps back to different time.
Example: I try to play back from 6:52PM, I move it to this time but it plays back from 9:35AM .
This worked great with no issues before the software updates.
Why every time when I’m off of power I have issues with my camaras?
Video doesn’t load over couple months already don’t now what to do with this system
Very difficult to playback. I also have to keep logging in and out to be able to look at the cameras.
Used to work great now after some kind of update can’t get my cameras to work on phone
App works most of the time but BitVision sometimes doesn’t load up. Definitely need some touches but otherwise BitVision works when it wants to please fix running the latest iOS15
unexplainable it keeps saying connecting it’s been doing this for two straight weeks. I can’t view my cameras from BitVision .
App just stops working now it doesn’t allow me to log back in. No cameras at all can be viewed at my business. Very upset with BitVision
I hate having to log out and back in again every few minutes. But even then the video stream won’t load. Get a bunch of different error codes which mean nothing since there is no message to explain what is going on. Have to constantly add the device and cameras on both real-time and playback.
I use google login feature.
Version 21.1.3 updated July 6, 2021 purportedly to “fix known bugs” apparently has created a whole new one. Playback which when enabled used to access motion detected video denoted by yellow lines in the time line now only returns “normal” video denoted by a solid green bar. That effectively eliminates the ability to find any event without playing the whole day. Navigating through the time line itself is frustratingly difficult. What were they thinking?
Just got an account this week. Worked fine. After last update, no pictures
Stays on the connecting to cloud server no matter what I do. I even reinstall BitVision every so often and decline the terms of service and nothing.
Awesome app but need to fix the month day and time portion I cant go back in time to playback previous days. The date scrool is blanked out. I’m running the latest iOS on my iPhone.
1- app closes when screen times out, in other words app does not keep iphone open. 2-audio does not work with Bluetooth 3- can not synchronize playback
