iOS app keep getting error code 2008 devise as been bound ? help please asap
I have had bitvison cameras installed at my house for about 1year now but recently up graded my mobile phone and now cannot connect to them ..i have ask the engineer who fitted them many times now but he will not response ..can you advise me what to do please
We can not see any of the cameras and can not access the scanning code on the screen
Very poor experience

I hate having to log out and back in again every few minutes. But even then the video stream won’t load. Get a bunch of different error codes which mean nothing since there is no message to explain what is going on. Have to constantly add the device and cameras on both real-time and playback.
I use google login feature.
Playback Problems

After few recent updates playback does not work properly. Moving the green cursor at the bottom of the screen to a certain time of day always jumps back to different time.
Example: I try to play back from 6:52PM, I move it to this time but it plays back from 9:35AM .
This worked great with no issues before the software updates.
Few touches

App works most of the time but the App sometimes doesn’t load up. Definitely need some touches but otherwise the app works when it wants to please fix running the latest iOS15
