Close and restart the Storyline app on iPhone
Update Storyline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Storyline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Storyline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Storyline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Storyline app issues:

Force Stop the Storyline App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Storyline app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Storyline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Storyline App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Storyline app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Storyline.

Fix Storyline unable to contact server/ Storyline internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Storyline » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Storyline » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Storyline on android.
