How to fix Storyline app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Storyline app on iPhone
Update Storyline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Storyline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Storyline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Storyline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Storyline Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Storyline not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Storyline App
1. On android, goto Settings » Storyline » click [Force Stop]

Update Storyline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Storyline App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Storyline » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Storyline.

Fix Storyline unable to contact server/ Storyline internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Storyline » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Storyline » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
