While LogixBanking works to let me know what my account balance is, and to transfer money back and forth from my accounts, the edeposit function is USELESS. I try, painstakingly, every time I get my check to deposit it over the mobile app, and it has yet to work for me. I retake photos again and again, ensure focus, and still, nothing works. I’d almost rather LogixBanking didn’t offer an edeposit function at all, as at least I’d feel better not having the option, rather than the option not working altogether. I didn’t used to have problems when there were two apps available, but with this update to one app, I’d say it has only gotten worse. Terrible marketing strategy, as I am now an upset customer and only get more upset as the function continues not to work. Oh, and by the way, my app IS updated to the fullest it can be, so that’s NOT the problem, as a Logix helpline would assume.
