I had an emergency call to send money to my bro who’s critically sick. In Ghana, you need to drop money before you are attended to. I unfortunately used tap tap send 3 days down the lane, the funds have still not been delivered. I find it funny when two of their support team were telling me two different stories until I raised a concern about why they were telling me different stories. Then they merged my support. All the times lines given to me have been exhausted. Yet funds have not been delivered. I had to send another fund using Send Wave immediately and it was received. Don’t be deceived by their mouth watering rates. Couple with very unprofessional support teams who edit the same template to answer different questions. This is a very bitter experience for me.

TaptapSend is easy to use and they give the highest money to the receiver. They should work on their customer service. I called for hours but no one responded. I sent an email and they responded the next day.

Worlds well and wicked fast to Ghana. Although I referred a friend and he could not get it to work but works for me. I also was able to send to a ported number MTN that Sendwave won’t allow. Overall happy with TaptapSend.

Do yourself a favor and delete TaptapSend. I sent money one time and all of a sudden my account was blocked. I contacted support and all they could tell me was “unfortunately we will not be able to reopen your account. Your account was closed for security reasons” TaptapSend is trash. Customer service is so bad. They give you no valid reason as to why your account is blocked.

A friend in UK recommended TaptapSend to me, telling me that’s it very easy to send money with TaptapSend. But after I downloaded TaptapSend I saw that you can’t use TaptapSend in USA.
Please try and bring your service for us to try it here like our friends are using it in the Europe.

I downloaded TaptapSend for the first time and used it to send money on three occasions. On the fourth time, my account got suspended for no tangible reason.
I contacted their customer service to rectify my account, but they denied it, claiming the account was blocked due to some security reasons and could not resolve it.
With this little experience, I can affirm that SENDWAVE is way ahead in the game.
Don't fall a victim, ladies, and gents.

Was on site a week everything good then I say an of charge to my debit card and some one had got passed their so called security on my account and transferred $50 to him self and then they were completely unresponsive to my requests for a refund and have totally blocked me from using TaptapSend

I’ve only had TaptapSend for about a week and they only let you send money for a few time and next thing I know they blocked my account for no reason. I’d advise everyone to stay away as they’re not reliable and it’s a fraud

Horrible experience. My first transaction failed 3 times. I got all the wrong notifications. Tried calling within the office hours. After 20 mins of staying on the line, the line got disconnected because no representative was available.

TaptapSend gives good rate for exchange but TaptapSend is not good always ask for verification but it doesn’t give any option to upload the ID for how to verify when I called the customer service they doesn’t even know how to verify.

Terrible experience! We sent money on 06/12 to Nigeria and after a supposed successful transaction, they contacted our Nigerian bank to put a hold on the transaction and reported they made error which turned out to be incompetency on their part as they later realized there was no error. It’s been one month of trying to get them to lift the restrictions so we can access our funds. Some of their agents are not knowledgeable and lack comprehension skills. My last call with one was my most frustrating call to them , I just had to drop the call after 36minutes of fruitless miscommunication and lack of comprehension by the agent!

Worst experience they take all the information your ID card, selfie and bank information and then they suspend your account after being with them for a year. Don’t recommend it if you want your information leaked then go for it. I don’t trust this app one bit for its poor customers and safety security reasons.

Extremely bad experience, very non-professional service. They advertise, 95% transactions delivered in 5 minutes and 5%in 24 hours. My money to Pakistan transferred in 6 days. 5 customer service staffs had different stories. Last story from customer service was very funny. He said, because I mentioned wrong IBAN therefore bank in Pakistan delivered money to wrong account so customer have to contact to bank, Taptap responsibility is over now. After telling them that I work for bank and gave them threat to launch complaint with Financial ambudsman authority they transfer my money to Pakistan within 5 minutes. Don't trust them.

I sent money 4 hours ago and it’s still not being delivered. I called them to at least help me cancel it so I would used a different app since it’s really urgent. But they keep telling me to wait and it’s 4 hours. You could have just told me your internet is slow like every app does . Why take the money then . This is really bad app

I am in taptap trap (they can't receive and I can't cancel. 2 days after it is still pending) This apps isn't reliable particularly in emergency situation. Please don't use it if you're sending money to address an emergency issue. I am in the second day since i sent money. The customer service is a joke. I have called three since the beginning, but They are repeating same thing.

I sent money using Taptap send and it had been 5 days. The Transfer is still pending. They are of no help. They refuse to cancel the transfer and refund my money. I sent two emails already (they said this would get the fastest response); none of them has been answered. I don’t recommend it for amounts you are not willing to loose.
