I was trying to put my cc info in the app and it asked for my cell number. I put it in and it said put valid cell phone number in, which I did again. Same thing! Help

How to fix Shell app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shell app on iPhone
Update Shell app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shell iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shell on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shell network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Shell Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Shell not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Shell App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shell » click [Force Stop]

Update Shell to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shell App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shell » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shell.

Fix Shell unable to contact server/ Shell internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shell » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shell » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shell
