Ich kann nicht mehr einloggen, gab immer bei mir error

No puedo abrir un perfil. Todo el tiempo dice que tengo que conectar mi cuenta de millas con la aplicación. Pero como quiero ingresar mis credenciales, me dice que presione el botón de PayPal ya que mi correo electrónico está vinculado con PayPal. Y tan pronto como quiero enviar los requisitos, la aplicación informa que siempre hay un error. Mi teléfono es un Iphone 12 así que no es por el software en mi teléfono. Así que por favor ayúdenme con este tema. Muchas gracias

I can not open up a profile. It says all the time that i have to connect my miles account with the app. But as i want to enter my credentials it says to press the paypal button since my E-mail is linked up with the paypal. And as soon as i want to sent the requirements the app adresses that theres an error all time My phone is an Iphone 12 so i don't it's because of the software on my phone. So please help me out on this issue. Thank you very much
