How to fix Dizkover app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dizkover app on iPhone
Update Dizkover app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dizkover iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dizkover on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dizkover network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Dizkover not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dizkover App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dizkover » click [Force Stop]

Update Dizkover to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dizkover App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dizkover » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dizkover.

Fix Dizkover unable to contact server/ Dizkover internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dizkover » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dizkover » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
