Try to login-“username and password don’t match “. Requested forgot password. States password being sent to my email address. Never received. Also yesterday when login to community website- my password was changed to some bogus password no one associated with me would ever use? Firstservice apparently doesn’t want anyone to have reasonable access to the residential community!

Worst mobile app!
I think it’s a way for them to make money on late fees!
Had to sign in about 10 times and reset password 10 times all for the pay app not to “click” and pay!!

I’ve tried to sign up several times but when I search for my property, either by account # or address, my property is not found. Impossible to actually see my own information or HOA documents.
