I scanned the app for my purchase sunday and it doesn't show up on my transactions. What to do? I have my receipt please advise
we're Noah's regular customers, just 2 blocks away of 1521 Sloat Blvd, San Francisco, CA. they always had friendly staff, always courteous & helpful. but not anymore. Today, the girl in the counter, overcharged my purchase of 2 bagels + cream cheese. she also refused to give my reward points. is anyway I could get my rewards back? Thanks in advance. Do not use this app, if they don’t have the items you ordered they won’t bother to contact you and after you drive to the store and find out they have none of your food they make it impossible to get a refund. I ordered 2 egg sandwiches and 2 hash browns through their app. I drive all the way to the store and the foods not ready, so I ask about it and they don’t have the bagels I ordered, they don’t have the bacon for the sandwiches and they don’t have the hashbrowns I ordered either. They didn’t bother to contact me and tell me this so I drove there for nothing. Then… they won’t give me a refund! What?! The manager tells me to contact customer service. Then get this there is no customer service phone number, I have to fill out a form online, and still nobody has contacted me. I’ll never eat Noah’s bagels again and I definitely won’t order through the app. This is the worst customer service I’ve had. Seriously this company is ran by amateurs.
No order receipt, history, nor refunds!

I recently placed an order that my local Noah’s did not correctly fulfill. There is NO WAY to see the order that you placed, and no order history other than your balance of funds. You can’t show the store what you ordered! You can’t view or cancel an order you placed 5 seconds ago!
Luckily the store has a record of what you ordered (obviously), but they can’t refund you in the app! You have to go back to the store to get a refund separately from the app! What an awful experience. I had to spend 40 minutes traveling round trip for an order my local Noah’s messed up. Not fun, and obviously no compensation for my time. Not even a free stale bagel.
Fix your app! ALLOW US TO SEE WHAT WE ORDERED. ALLOW STORES TO REFUND DIRECTLY TO THE APP’S BALANCE!

Since Corporate wants to ignore me, I’ll just make myself known here. I had an issue that I wanted to resolve with this company by calling them. They said they couldn’t do anything (didn’t even try) so I asked to speak to someone who could help me, they said they would pass the problem to their manager and that they would reach out to me in 2 business days (never did). So I contacted them online stating what happened, and their online system of contacting corporate gets you no where as well. I used to come here on the daily, but since I don’t matter to them, I’ll gladly take my business else where. Don’t bother calling corporate for a valid reason, cuz they will make you feel invalid and won’t even bother with you at all. Again, this company’s Corporate Office is a JOKE.
