Horribly bad designed app. And also a rip off! You cannot test NakedTraining and program without paying the $20 monthly membership fee.
I signed up and payed. After having access to the program, I immediately knew that this is not for me. The given exercises are poorly explained in a lengthy video. No alternative exercises are given if you can’t do an exercise.
For any beginner NakedTraining and program is more designed for injury than anything else. I contacted the developer 20 minutes after I signed up and requested a refund, just to hear “Sorry, we don’t give refunds!”
Any company with integrity has no issue with refunding their customer money if their services are not used.

Gives me accountability and the workouts are challenging for me. I am pushing 50 so certain days of lifting are not as easy as they used to be. But this program is attainable I just have to modify sometimes. The only part that is hard is on my end. I homeschool several children and my schedule is not always my own. So I might have to skip a day or adjust the schedule and catch up. But that is no fault of the program. Easy to navigate. Keep track of lifts and gives you meal references to go by! I may not always be able to do 100% on my end what I would like to! Lol. But the program offers 100%. Just started a couple of weeks ago. Excited to see progress in the near future!!

I can attest this program works. Two years ago I was a strict runner. Mind you never at all an athlete. All of a sudden I’m a bodybuilder and I’m a more confident, stronger, physically and mentally changed person. I never would have thought an app, the internal drive and a home gym would change my life. But this program has done all that. There’s challenges throughout the year and really amazing prizes. NakedTraining has an extremely friendly, always willing to help customer service and coaches. The Facebook group is also very inspiring because it has beginners up to pros asking and giving advise. You can even try it out for a week to see if you like it and since there’s more than one program within the Naked Training app you’re bound to find one that’s tailored to your specific needs. I’m glad NakedTraining exists.

I’ve been on the functional program for 9 months. I’ve been lifting and doing CF for a few years and this is definitely the best programming for the money I’ve found. It’s a great blend of Olympic and power lifting, bodybuilding accessories, and met cons delivered in progressive overload cycles. I’ve gotten so much stronger and lost 10 lbs since being on this program. Customer service is very responsive and the coaches in the FB platform are awesome at trying to help athletes. Great product and well worth the investment!

I have been using the Naked training app for the last 4 months and I started using it just to try and win a competition giveaway but after the first month I decided to sign up for it yearly because I was loving the programming and how it was personable and updated the weights and percentages on its own. After the first program I increased every max! I love that it gives me a Macro breakdown because I never tried Counting Maxros due to the complexity but NakedTraining gives you your macros and will even give you a meal plan based off of what foods you like and select. It’s so great! I highly recommend NakedTraining for any beginner or experienced lifter.

I can’t recommend NakedTraining enough. I took the plunge and bought the whole year, after searching for online coaching options and realizing how much money I would need to invest in a one-on-one coaching opportunity. I quickly learned with the naked program was how eager EVERYONE is to help you - not only the coaches themselves, but the entire naked community! NakedTraining is constantly changing and they are adding more and more programming, and after 8 months in I’m never bored or have nothing to do. Things are never the same, and I love that about it! If I can, I’ll be a naked member for life.

I’ve been with this program for two years now, and have been able to see NakedTraining evolve to what it is now. I’ve also tried other programs, and always come back to Naked training. My favorite aspects of NakedTraining : the ## is already calculated for you for each movement, the videos don’t make my music pause (so I can stay in the moment and also make sure I’m performing movements correctly/safely), and if I need to I can switch between programs they offer effortlessly.
Macro accountability is also incredibly easy with their in-app calculator.
10/10 recommend.

I’ve had NakedTraining for about 9 months and LOVE IT! I love the ease of switching from program to program within NakedTraining and the customer service team is excellent about answering questions and helping adjust your placement in the traditional program if you swap from a daily or peaches back to traditional. The video demos are great for people who need help with specific lifts or terminology. And the price is more than fair for such a quality program. Let the Naked team do the thinking for you so you can spend more energy lifting heavy things!

I’ve been using NakedTraining for a little over a month now and I’ve noticed HUGE changes in my strength, mobility, and endurance. I’ve been training for 5ish years on and off and I’ve never looked forward to workouts more than I have using this program - and that says a lot because I love being in the gym. I love that it helps you track your maxes and plans your workout based on that. It will even give you a percentage weight of your max weight for the workout for that day. Totally recommend!

I started using NakedTraining at the beginning of 2021 looking for a more challenging program for working out at home with limited equipment (dumbbells and body weight) during the pandemic gym closures. I was thrilled with the programming and the instruction videos with every movement. Gyms have opened up and I easily switched my programming to align with a commercial gym. With the most recent app update - I can’t ask for much more. The price is right - the programming is great - the support behind it all is fantastic.

I’ve been using NakedTraining for a few years and absolutely love it! They have a range of program levels from functional to commercial, a great mobility program, and workouts that consistently keep me improving and interested. I’ve done many different workout programs and this is by far the best one. NakedTraining is easy to use and if any questions or issues arise the Naked Team helps out quick and are very nice! Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with NakedTraining. Customer service got back to each of my 7 questions within 2 hours. Easy to read exactly what the plan is each day; great coaching videos that I play along during the workout, pause between exercises, then move on to the next one. Scalable. I am seeing results because it pushes me just past my comfort zone where change happens. Also, better than individual programming I paid $125/month for that was same thing recycled each week. Great price to make it accessible to masses. And yes you can switch to another program at no cost by emailing them. Thanks Team Naked for REAL PROGRAMMING

NakedTraining and the people that write the program are the best! It is a subscription based program but they let you know that up front. I’ve been doing this program for 2 years and I love everything about it. I’ve gotten so much stronger at every lift, gotten faster and lost weight at the same time! So many variations of the program to choose from as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is ready to work to get fit.

I have been using Naked training since Feb 2020. I saw results right away but decided to try other training programs to compare. After trying 3 other ones I came back to Naked and I will be a member for life. No other program delivers the same results. NakedTraining is easy to navigate and the workouts have kept me injury free. I wake up excited every day to get in my garage and workout. Thank you Naked Training App!!!!

I have been training with Naked App for several years. It is amazing programming. I’ve had great results. So many paths you can choose. In addition to 6 days a week training, Naked offers nutrition and macro counting, meal plans, and a full library of mobility exercises. If you pay for nutrition coaching, mobility programming, and training separately you’ll be be paying SO much more. You NEED to try this comprehensive program. The price is RIGHT!

I have tried many workout plans and programs and I am a physical therapist who is well trained in exercise physiology. NakedTraining is well developed and thought through from start to finish. If you are looking for variety, results, and an easy to use platform you need to download NakedTraining!!! If you put the effort in it is totally worth it. Thanks for creating such a great product that is effortless and seemingly glitch free!!!

Working out from home gym is hard enough. Really think having a source for programming is a must. Last thing you want to do is take time to workout only to find your lost on what to do for your session. This all is super easy to use & gives you a consistent direction for programming. If you forget a movement no problem because they have a quick video right inside NakedTraining .

As I transitioned out of high school sports, I still wanted to stay active and challenge myself with strength and metcon workouts that I like. I’ve never really been a cardio person, but I like the crossfit style workouts that have different physical components to them. I’ve enjoyed how easy it is to have a workout tailored to me that I don’t have to take time to plan, but is still challenging and helps me make gains!

If you know Brooke and the gang you know the work is what takes to achieve what you want! Brooke, Sunny, and Jake are all coaches and have been working towards this for years. Developing an APP that lays out the workouts orderly, the ability to switch between different programs and continue with your days and having to start over, quick responses and a team that knows what they’re doing. There’s so much more to NakedTraining also! If you’re curious about this program I am 100% all in and you can follow them on social media to see that they have all been doing this for years which makes their expertises very valuable.

I LOVE this training app so much! It truly has made life so much easier and my workouts so much more intense! I love the description videos, they help me with form and remembering the title of each movement. I really enjoy the layout, it is super user friendly and the online tech support is extremely responsive if you run into any questions. Brooke is without question so inspiring too! Most importantly I am able to achieve my short term and long term goals. Counting macros has never been more simple! I have used NakedTraining in the past for Olympic work and now as I’m going postpartum, I am doing the at home dumbbells program. It does not disappoint! I know without a doubt you will love Naked training no matter what program you select! Now go out there and reach your goals!

I’ve been using the Naked Training Program and App for a long time now and I will definitely continue to use them. I’ve never stuck with a program like this, for this long. NakedTraining is so easy to use. I love how it breaks everything down into a video so you can see exactly how to do something. I love this program and app so much, I don’t see myself using anything else!
