My car got stolen a day ago which was a Saturday night. The hotline forward ls all your emergency calls to a email. The email states that you will be contacted with in 24-48 hours later! Why?? This app is useless I miss the old one drive time was using. This app worked for maybe all of 2 or 3 weeks before it stopped working. This is ridiculous! We are paying all this money and the services don’t even work! They should have never switched over. It’s been MONTHS since this thing has worked... Show more

This is the worst app ever. It never tells me where my car is. I look at the app to see where my car was it told me it was at home smh my car was parked 45 minutes away at my moms house.
