This is the worst app ever. It never tells me where my car is. I look at LoJackGo to see where my car was it told me it was at home smh my car was parked 45 minutes away at my moms house. It’s never accurate in the location of my car. They should have let my car on the MotionGPS app it was ten times better. I’m very disappointed in LoJackGo.

LoJackGo is useless I miss the old one drive time was using. LoJackGo worked for maybe all of 2 or 3 weeks before it stopped working. This is ridiculous! We are paying all this money and the services don’t even work! They should have never switched over. It’s been MONTHS since this thing has worked.

My car got stolen a day ago which was a Saturday night. The hotline forward ls all your emergency calls to a email. The email states that you will be contacted with in 24-48 hours later! Why?? Why isn't there 24hours assistance. God forbid your vehicle gets stolen outside of the 9-5pm work week. I sent my email Saturday night @ 8pm, got a response at 6am, responded by 6:20, got another response by 7:15 telling me to make an account. I already have an account, so I respond. Nothing until 10:50 when I email them that I haven't gotten a response. I finally get another reply at 2:08 pm telling me that I do in fact have an account and it is " active and the device is currently locating on there end" then he tell me to delete my app & restart my phone. SEND ME THE LOCATION OF MY VEHICLE ! I do not understand why we are paying for this service if they can provide the information in a timely matter. Why isn't someone calling me to resolve this issue. Save your money and pay extra with your insurance.

Why did Drivetime Give Up Motion GPS , Please Go Back because the GPS don’t show the location Every time the car cuts off. I like there method better. No one want updates when the car stops at lights and stop signs 🙄

I could get the location to refresh and catch up to where my car is. I’ve been trying to see my cars location for over 30 minutes. LoJackGo will not refresh. Help.

I was introduced to this service by the car dealership that I purchased my vehicle from and it’s the best! It notifies me where my car is at all times, trips, places my car has been, and even the speed of the trip! Thank you GS connect for creating an app that gives me peace of mind!

Today, Vince went above and beyond to help us locate and re-access our account. Given that we took some time to find the information that he needed to verify our identities, he was calm, patient and attentive to our request. This our first time having to reach out to customer service in the two years of having this service. Thank you Vince again for the positive experience! Although we hope that we will not have to call in again however, we do know that with your professional attitude and guidance, we can hope that if that day comes, the next agent will be as kind sand sincere as you!

It could be more accurate . It doesn’t show miles . Doesn’t always give geofence . There are a few bugs that could help make it more accurate .

The other day I was parking at the mall and could not find my car since there were multiple lots. Used LoJackGo locate and was able to find my car! Great app !!

GPS at it’s best know where they go, How fast they’re driving…. If they get the car stolen report it all done by LoJackGo… A must have only if I could add my other vehicle which is a 2008 Acadia alt I Love it even for life….

I love LoJackGo although I don’t use it often but it’s good to know my car is secured from any possibilities. It would be great to add a feature to unlock or lock doors. I bought my car from a dealer and it only came with 1 key. I locked my stout once good thing I had AAA but having this on an app would be superb

I’m so glad LoJackGo was updated and I may be late... my car was stolen from in front of my house today. I literally have been going through so much and won’t go into detail. All I can say is I’m grateful for LoJackGo and that I was able to help the police find my vehicle and return it to me safe and in one piece.

I have just started using LoJackGo and so far it is very helpful. I have had my truck a year, the transmission stopped working last night I think, so I was going threw my warranty papers and saw that I had also bought and paid for this feature, I never even new I had it available for my use. So we will see how this new experience goes but so far so good! Thank you!!

I’ve never known that there was such a service to track one’s vehicle I’m actually very happy with this type of service provided it gives a good insight of where one’s vehicle can be also an option if something was to unfortunately happen keep up the good work and thank you for your service

LoJackGo is pretty cool, even though it only shows you have a LoJack installed in your vehicle. Its not only for your peace of mind but so your finance company can disable your vehicle and repo it if they want. Mack them payments. Haha.

Worst app in the world!!! On the phone since 5am and can not get any help whatsoever! Was told we would get a call back in 2 hours and here it is 5 hours now and nothing. On the phone again and said we are going to get a call back in 24-48 hours and we explained to them we are trying to find the car because it’s lost/stolen and they can’t even issue a new pin!!!!!!!!

LoJackGo never updates my trucks location and when you email customer service you get no response. I thought it was good until it updated and now it is useless. Constant geo fence exit and entry notifications but no geo fences found.

The last DT used did the same thing, it only pinned where ever my phone was, but never located my car. I keep trying to reach out to the company to find out what I need to do, but never get a response to any emails. So I'm basically wasting money right now with an app that isn't working.
