Close and restart the MyRoad app on iPhone
Update MyRoad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyRoad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyRoad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyRoad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MyRoad not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyRoad app issues:

Force Stop the MyRoad App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyRoad app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyRoad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyRoad App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyRoad app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyRoad.

Fix MyRoad unable to contact server/ MyRoad internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyRoad » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyRoad » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyRoad on android.
