I downloaded video clips from the sd card normally a fews months ago.
But now, they ask me need to subscribe if you want to download video clips from sd card! After subscribed cannot to download any thing, need to buy for monthly, year!
Why? I download from sd card, not from your cloud service, i don’t like this products any more…
Fix this problem immediately!

I cannot even give a one star rating. For me, it has been impossible to set this camera up. The directions are useless as is the AP tutorial. Very disappointed. A waste of money.

Download app but won’t allow new account to be created. Tried multiple alternatives listed (google, apple, phone, email) all failed. App needs work

camera never sees wifi. setup does not let you enter a wifi name, password yes, but cannot select a wifi access point. it’s going back to seller.

Cam opens many ports in background to “phone” home (China) potentially can infect network. Use with caution!

Paid for 3 month cloud and still no cloud.

Lo único malo es que de noche se ve negra la luz infrarroja se prende solo 10 minutos deberían cambiarlo a que dure toda la noche para que se vea bien de noche

CareCam is useless. You try to sign up, it takes forever. Once you type your information and request a code to sign up, the code doesn’t come. If you select the option of forgot the password, they don't send a verification code. I wasted so much time. Very disappointed.
