Surprisingly enough the customers that complain about shopping there oh by the way I have never shopped there they do have an item that I’ve been looking for and can’t find anywhere else but after reading the reviews I think it’s gonna be too much of a gamble even the good reviews are kind of generic and shady with the bad reviews on point with Mitch detail and all of the rebuttals from the company is definitely generic there’s got like two maybe three options but they use one mainly as a reply in response saying that they were they care but nothing to follow through with that afterwards on any of the reviews that I can tell so desert cart what is really going on

I was never able to complete my purchase through the app or their website. I selected PayPal as payment option but that took me through endless loops of the screen where I have to verify I am not a robot. It never got to the PayPal website for me to choose the payment. I also tried my credit card and entered it twice but nothing happened. I was never given an option to complete the transaction although they charged to verify my card twice. I tried to contact customer service and after 30 minute hold, they just bounced me back to the queue and ignored my messages. Imagine spending all this time just trying to make a payment and placing an order. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

I recommend you do not order from this application. They have a team of liars and the listed products are not actually available. After waiting for two weeks to receive my order, I sent an inquiry asking about my order. Here’s the reply: “Upon checking on the system, I can see that your order was already shipped from supplier warehouse. Once we receive the shipment at our Dubai facility, the item will have to be located, scanned and packed to send out to you.” After three days I receive another email: “I followed up with the supplier as the item was not delivered to us by the supplier yet. Unfortunately, the supplier has to cancel the order due to a quality of the product. Therefore, we have to proceed with the refund. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.” My money was with them for 2 weeks and now it will take another 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and I get zero compensation and no effort to find the product. This app is far from being a successful app and if they continue with this service they will fail.
