Daily pay is not working telling me feb 15 was my last shift but feb 16 i showed up for work and did 5.97 hours and received no daily yet

Daily pay states access denied Permission denied. I get this message when I log into my acct. You don't have access to this page. In order to best serve our customers, DailyPay does not allow access from VPN or proxy services. If you have a VPN or proxy service enabled please disable and try again. If you feel you have reached this page in error please visit Support to open a support ticket.

When I tap next after entering my info on the login/home screen the page just turns white with a black back arrow in the top left corner.

Can't change password when I didn't even create o e tried the last 3 days with no solution to the problem
