Over a number of years now we have been very happy sending hundreds and hundreds of postcards via your app. We have been very happy with the app and the quality of the cards and have shared our positive experiences with many. Next week I plan to share our experiences with a Mac user group meeting. However, there is a problem. In recent months when utilizing our iPhone 14 Pro Max phones, we have often found it difficult to activate the prompts at the top corners of the app. e.g. when it time to hit send we must try over and over again to get that command to activate. A number of times my wife, who sends the bulk of our cards, has had to ask me to get the process going again because she has become too frustrated trying to get the app to respond. This was not true in the past. She has been a whiz at sending these cards. Please get this resolved. We don’t want a formerly tried and true app to become unusable for us. I just tried on the iPhone to move back from the address book to verify the email on the account. It required hitting “Done” and “Cancel” about a dozen times before I could move away from accessing my contacts in the app. While I sometimes have the patience to do this, it is hard to recommend this app to others with that kind of problem. Please fix this. I am running Snapshot Version 5.0 and iOS Release 17.0.3 In getting to the screen to determine the Snapshot Version, to get the screen to change I had to tap over and over again before the screen finally changed. This is close to unusable.
