i am playing on a laptop and my game opens up to a white screen then it just goes blank
my game is not turning on

On the cooking diner restaurant game after I finished level 135, it won't let me go to the new city when you tap on the boat. Its like stuck plus a lot of time through out game it locks up. I spent a lot of time on this game and don't want to loose progress.
