I purchased the yearly subscription for MY town on my iPad but I have TWO iPad that have the SAME Apple ID and it’s not working on my other iPad. WHY.?? Please help I’ve already tried to restart the iPad didn’t work.

All of the my city games Are not working once I get half way in I see a white screen with the travel button on and it won't load in.

I have gigs though the out of storage message keeps popping up on my Fire tablet's Cinema installment of My Town.
