Hey, so I’m trying to use this ticket. Got my Username and Password, even scanning the QR code, but in the app it’s telling me that there’s an authorisation error. The email I got the ticket booked to is dylan.mullin@redacted. Mobile number is 0426 699 464 My username is AXB-000136 and password is 52711. I printed out the QR code and did the username correctly but it’s not allowing me to get past the authorisation errors. Any ideas?

How to fix Vox City app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vox City app on iPhone
Update Vox City app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vox City iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vox City on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vox City network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vox City Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vox City not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vox City App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vox City » click [Force Stop]

Update Vox City to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vox City App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vox City » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vox City.

Fix Vox City unable to contact server/ Vox City internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vox City » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vox City » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vox City
