I cant make an appointment to get the monkeypox vaccine. It just keeps trying to load, asking me to choose which vaccine, and it never loads. I have been having this problem for about two weeks. How do I make an appointment!

How to fix Othena app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Othena app on iPhone
Update Othena app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Othena iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Othena on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Othena network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Othena Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Othena not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Othena App
1. On android, goto Settings » Othena » click [Force Stop]

Update Othena to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Othena App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Othena » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Othena.

Fix Othena unable to contact server/ Othena internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Othena » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Othena » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Othena
