How to fix Insta360 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Insta360 app on iPhone
Update Insta360 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Insta360 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Insta360 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Insta360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Insta360 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Insta360 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Insta360 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Insta360 » click [Force Stop]

Update Insta360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Insta360 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Insta360 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Insta360.

Fix Insta360 unable to contact server/ Insta360 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Insta360 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Insta360 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
