I can log in to my account using my pc but I cannot log into using the mobile app on my iphone. I get an email/password incorrect error. I even tried "forgot password" but have not gotten a response.

Hi, I received my first dose on 01/23/2021 @ disneyland. Yet the system still shows that I have my appointment for that day. My daugther and I received our 1 st dose that day. My daugther has gotten her invitation for her 2nd dose and I still have not received mine. I am past due for my second dose. Had my first shot and was automatically scheduled for 28 days later for second shot. Four days before the appointment I received an email saying the appointment for my first shot had been rescheduled. I received another email the same day saying my appointment was rescheduled for two days after my 28-day appointment, without saying whether it is for first or second shot. I’m worried my second shot has been erroneously delayed because they think it is my first shot.

Terrible app. My 86 year old mother has been waiting for almost a month for an appointment, meanwhile my cousins in their 60s have been called up and vaccinated in just a few days time. No telephone number, no way to contact this lousy website for assistance.

Received 1st dose on 2/2/2021. The app says to reschedule my appointment. No record of the vaccine I received. I have the white card... my husband got his vaccine at the same time. He immediately got his second appointment for 3/2.

1/5/21 app stopped working, unable to log in. I have iPhone SE and it appears that the 'page' that is displayed is larger than my screen can handle so when I click the 'Log In' button, nothing happens. I get a response when I click 'Continue' but that wants me to register, which I have. My husband has no troubles on his iPhone 7 but it has a longer screen which displays everything. I'm forced to use my laptop which doesn't help when I'm at Disneyland trying to shop QR codes, getting notices, etc. HELP!!!

My wife and I both 68 years old and we both registered with Othena on Jan. 15th to get the Covid vaccine. She received an email on Feb. 2nd to schedule an appointment at SOKA University and she received her Pfizer covid-19 vaccine shot on Feb 3rd. However, I have not received any notification so far as of today, Feb. 3rd. When can I expect to receive my email notification to schedule an appointment? Thank you.

Terrible coordination using this app. I received an email to schedule an appointment. I am 64 years old, and when I registered I stated I was not 65 years old. I stood in line for over an hour just to get turned away at Disneyland site. I see other people had the same issue. System glitch is not a good excuse!!!!!

Received a notification yesterday (1/31) that I could make an appointment for my vaccine. I am 63 years old. So I made an appointment for Feb. 1 at the Disneyland site. After standing in line for 45 minutes, they made an announcement that anyone under 65 WITH an appointment confirmation was not eligible. There was a "glitch" in the system somewhere. This was not surprising, buy a bit disheartening since we stood in line. I just hope when I do become eligible, there are no more "glitches".

I registered and it was accepted. I received an e-mail that I could go in and find an appointment time. I tried to log in, it did not accept my name and password. I changed the password. Still no acceptance. I cannot get past the log-in page. I tried multiple times. Then, I tried to register as new and was told I was already in the system. Still, not able to get past the log-in page. What can I do??????????????

My wife and I received email stating I could register for vaccine. She was successful however the system froze when selecting the date I could go in. After multiple try’s now the system is not taking my password and when I ash to reset I never receive the email confirmation to change password. They need to employee the millions of people out of work and have a call center for users help.

I am an 87 year old female, insured by Medicare, Scan Health Plan HMO Medical Group is Monarch Healthcare. My husband is the same age and same insurance. We both have registered through Othena app and it seems we’re both in the “waiting room “ and have been for the past 10 days or so. But our friends keep getting vaccinated. My Othena experience: 2 days trying to register, registered on 01/12/2021, In waiting room 01/14/2021, Can Now Schedule your Appointment 01/16/2021 No email notification yet Schedule Your Appointment 01/28/ 2021 BUT: I cannot select a location, a day or time of appointment. AND: in the middle of the day: No locations currently Open. App Build version 5.4 - v10 - 01/14/2021. My mother registered on Othena.com a week ago. A few days ago, when she tried to log-in to her account , she got a message of “Loading” and a bar that moves back and forth across the screen. Her account never loaded and we get the same result every time we try to log-in. What do we do to access her account? If we try to re-register, we don’t want to risk losing her place “in line”.

Horrible system!! No wonder the US has so many deaths and infections. They can't even design an app that works!! I was told to make an appointment, came to Disneyland site, which is a joke!! Almost everyone is in a wheelchair and can hardly stand.. but have to stand in the sun for hours.. even with an appointment! How embarassing.. at least LA county has a drive thru system God help us all.

Just posting this here in the hopes it might help someone: If you have gotten your first vaccine and are anxious about scheduling your second appointment, download the Othena app. When you sign in, it should show your automatically scheduled appointment day, time, and location. They will NOT, in my experience, e-mail you a confirmation, and the online site won't show you your appointment info. I scheduled my first appointment online, then downloaded the app to check if my second appointment was scheduled. I'm not sure if the app will have info for a second appointment if you didn't schedule the first on the website, but hopefully this information will help some of you.

Vaccine confirmation email advises to schedule vaccine injection in 21 days. Not able to make an appointment. Spouse uses mobile app and was able to make appointment. I use Mac desktop. I see this is a frequent problem. Your site should offer a FAQ with info about fixing issues. Also your app does not work for Mac desktop or iPhones 6 and below.

I have signed up since you first opened up. Continually says that I am on the waiting list. All my relatives that have signed up at the same time have received their first dose. I signed up for the vaccine. Got in line, waited for 2.5 hours. Then they couldn't find me is the system. They tried to sign me up as a "walk in" because i had proof of appointment, took them 5 times to set up a new account for me. Once they could set up a new account, they found the old one. I only have access to the new one. That account shows that i haven't had the first shot. My 28-day second shot is coming next week, and now i cannot schedule it at all.

signed up a week ago thru sbcglobal.net/landline phone number. system did not require password. got no confirmation. after a week tried applying on cell phone w/ gmail+cell phone number+password. got message that said password does not match. still no e-mail confirming I have applied. what do I do now to straighten this out?? My take (Kenda's husband): We tried to register as a first time user using the email address kenda.marlin@redacted. An answer came back saying an account under this name already exists. We tried to logon using kenda.marlin ... and clicked on forgot password. A short lived green box came up saying we will send you info about how to change your password. We never received an email to this effect. Also, we never put in a password when we initially registered. Please fix this A suggestion is to delete the account kenda.marlin-1@redacted and kendamarlin@redacted. and we will start over. I received round one of my modern vaccine at Disneyland. I have been trying to set up round two my wife got her appointment automatically for 2.13.21. at the same time we got our first. I see when I sign into my app that I have an appointment on February 11 at 1122 pm. Please advise what to do as this is very confusing and frustrating. Thank you for your help. I had my first first Covid Vaccination on January 7, 2021, at the location across from the Angels Stadium. The Fireman who administered this shot noted to make sure 2 weeks prior, to set up the 2nd Vaccination,. My husband also had the Vaccination at the same time. He has already received an scheduled date and time but no location. His scheduled date is February 4, and I believe at 10:30 a.m. I have been unable to setup my 2nd Vaccination, I had already been unable to login on OTHENA. It tells me my username or password is invalid. So, during the 1st Vaccination, I had to sign additional paperwork and show my insurance card and License. I also had to show my snapshot of my confirmation of this appointment. Again. never being able to login into OTHENA.. All I have is the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.showing I took the Moderna on 1/7/21. On the back of the card shows 2nd Vaccination on 02/04/21. Prior to this, OTHENA had sent me an email telling info on my Reminder, date, time & location of Vaccination 1. Again, I also have a snapshot of my Confirmation for this Vaccination. I do not know if I will receive an email and I know OTHENA does not accept my login. I also know I can login onto my email on my lab top, so I know I have a valid password and username. Please note, I will be joining my husband on February 4, 2021, to take this very important 2nd Vaccination, as my husband is, on a timely manner. I know we will be in a long standing line, hoping to stay 6 feet apart, and trying to stay safe from Covid.

Thought I was. Registered for Sunday January 17. I was unable to print out info so took a picture of screen with phone. It did not show time just the date. My son said I should have received confirmation and since I had none he said I was not registered. Let us know if we will receive confirmation of registration. I made a reservation for this Sunday, Jan. 17 (for 2 people - my wife and myself- she is also registered with Othena) at Disneyland and got a confirmation (which I printed), but it does NOT say for 2 people - just has my name with no confirmation number. Am I reserved? Is my wife? Please help clear this up as we are in our 70's, live almost 40 miles from Disneyland, and do not want to get there and have us turned away - or my wife turned away. tried to register myself and husband: I created an account- elissa.mayo@redacted I was able to enter my information. I am eligible as a laboratory worker and law enforcement (I work for the California State Bureau of Forensic Services Crime Laboratory). I could not get an appointment. I then tried to enter my husband's information under his email jody.thompson@redacted. He is 68 years old and in poor health. I was able to check the box indicating he is 65 and above, but the next question asks if he works in any of the health/emergency services tiers. He does not, but there is no way to state "no" only "yes." There is no way to advance through the questions without answering this one. How do I register him?

Are you kidding me? You’ve had all year to prepare for high demand vaccine sign ups and this is like trying to reach the EDD. Great job OC. Just let us make our appt at CVS or Rite Aid and show ID to prove we are over 65. How do you expect someone in their 80s to figure out how to sign up with this this non working app/website? Ridiculous!

I do not work in a hospital currently and am not employed by a major medical group. I am an advanced practice nursing student and have direct contact with Covid positive patients as a student in clinics/offices. Could not get into the ap to even begin the appointment process because I did not have access to the password. Later, I tried the website but that was crashed and then it indicated it would open at a certain time, and it did not. Under the tier system, I could figure out I was 1A second tier. I went to LA County site to sign up. It was more user friendly although it had some hiccups but at least it functioned. It did not need a password either to access it. I signed up for an appointment and drove to the site which was open for health care workers only and found the whole process well organized when I received the vaccine and after. Later, I went to the OC vaccine information website and saw that OC only gives vaccine to people who live or work there. I think that idea is too narrow because you are excluding people. The OC system to vaccinate was not taking into consideration the many health workers who are not working for hospitals or large medical systems.

Horribly inadequate

Where do I start? Of course I can’t schedule an appointment because it’s 730 at night and the appointment window hasn’t moved beyond today. There is no calendar there is only today. I’m not allowed to widen my search to see if there is another vaccination site anywhere in the area. You asked for my mailing address and you won’t let me put it in you keep sending me to a different address. He put in those little educational tabs -like what’s in the vaccine - but when you click on them half the information is cut off and you can’t read it and no way to widen the page. The cute graphics are not cutting it we actually need to schedule. I don’t know how this under developed application managed to become the place of scheduling for the orange county California area. It’s not ready! Not even a calendar! Is there going to be a way to know that if I get the Pfizer vaccine the first time where I can go to get the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine when I can’t widen my search or find a calendar? Do I just sit up all night and keep refreshing and refreshing until the next day of scheduled appointments suddenly appears? Terrible

You Should Be Ashamed of Your Software

I can’t believe that your group was given this contract for such a critical application and that this completely flawed piece of software is the jewel of your efforts. You bright bulbs also set your app for iPhone version 13.5 and above instead of going back a few versions thereby blocking many older users access to this awful app. Thanks a lot 🤬 So after having to spend hundred of dollars for a new iPhone I now get the fun of trying to access your lousy app only to have had a week of constant aggravation trying to use it. It regularly requires me to go to my computer to change my password; sometimes it says I have an appointment but it doesn’t tell me when or where and it doesn’t change the date to a future date but stays locked on the current date. Hopefully your investors will read the reviews from these users to evaluate your skill set. I think I would have a better chance of getting the vaccine just standing in line without an appointment and hope for leftover vaccine at the end of the day 😡!!!
