How to fix Bitget Wallet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bitget Wallet app on iPhone
Update Bitget Wallet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bitget Wallet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bitget Wallet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bitget Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Bitget Wallet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bitget Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bitget Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Update Bitget Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bitget Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bitget Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bitget Wallet.

Fix Bitget Wallet unable to contact server/ Bitget Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bitget Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bitget Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bitget Wallet
