Great peace of mind

The camera is well built, comes with everything necessary.. especially the two options of using double sided stick pad so you dont have to make holes in anything and the mounted-screw in option. I like having the choice to try out different areas of my home/property without making all the holes.
Camera holds a charge great. The picture is fabulous. The features of video or still, two way talking are a huge plus. You have the option to purchase cloud storage, which I am going to. It paid for itself in one day when i had a man come to my door to which I wasn’t expecting anyone to come, came and i didnt want to answer being the only adult home with my child and the side door wasnt closed, just the screen door was and I could see him clearly and i felt uneasy to see him because I could see from the camera his stance and how he kept peering into my home thru the screen. Doesnt sound like much but it is in the moment. I am able to capture him and hold onto it in case I may need in the future. I bought two, one for the side entrance and one for the front but I am going to purchase more soon. I totally recommend this product!

Getting better

So I set my wife up as the primary and then had to share CloudEdge from her to me. My abilities used to be limited however and I thought well that's a bunch of crap, but then I stopped getting notifications. I updated CloudEdge and checked my phone settings before finally deleting CloudEdge and reinstalling and re-sharing which I then realized they updated the permissions. Still kinda strange because it's not like administrator and administrator but she can share and give me full permissions which helps because I'm my wife's IT guy and when we go on vacation and I need to change the settings I had to use her phone, but now it's fixed and I can use my phone. Keep up the good work. Only thing that is hard to figure out is where the field of movement is. Our special needs son will wake up in the middle of the night and sometimes it won't seem to pick up his movement other times it will after I adjust the Camara. Also I can get people walking out of my door but not coming up to my door which is strange but Im not sure if that's a hardware related or software. Overall it's way better than paying a monthly subscription.

The Force is Strong

CONICO’s battery powered security camera has been a relatively easy set up, high quality visual & audio input and output, highly sensitive motion detector with other levels of range solid device. We’ve only had it a half day. Not sure what nigHt range, rainy or windy days are like. But we’re impressed with the quality of imagery, sound and speed of motion detector WiFi alert. There’s 3 motion ranges. The solar panel was easy to attach and set up too. Maybe get use to fitting together before mounting. As if any challenging ladder moments happen while mounting you don’t tear off the protective rubber flap. The this app app is pretty intuitive. And wasn’t hard to set up or set up to share with another computer/iPhone device beside the main “administrator” computer/cell phone. Though We only can cmt on iPhones usage. Great to have the compact memory card option for privacy & freedom for “cloud rental”. Cloud storage is an option for those who want it. Only issue so far, is we are having a little trouble wiping out all the history in both the shared account and the main account. Might be a simple fix once we research more.

CloudEdge App.

I never write reviews but decided I give it a shot when it comes to mine and others home security.
-
First off the this app App is simple and easy to use, it is only limited by the limitations of the security camera you purchase. It’s user friendly and would be easy for anyone that isn’t tech savvy to setup. The single MAJOR issue I have found is with the cloud based service. You have to pay for each individual camera. If you choose the monthly service and have 4 cameras it will cost you $12 total a month. $3.00x 4= $12. Cloud playback is also choppy and a tad bit laggy at times which is not the much of a hinderance but could become a issue if you needed playback for the authority’s.
-
TL:DR CloudEdge is simple and easy to use, make sure to pair it with a nice security camera that supports CloudEdge . Downside is the cloud service requires you to pay for each individual camera that you have installed. Based on this I give this app 4 stars.

Fair App, but...

Ever since updating to version 3.1.0 have not received any alert notifications. And no alarm messages with related recording. The only way I can see if there has been motion recorded, is by looking in History. This needs to be fixed SOON! Not getting alert notifications makes the system virtually useless.

Happy with camera performance, so far. However, there are some basic functions missing on CloudEdge : 1. Apparently they have never heard of Touch ID. So, have to manually login each time. 2. No way to turn the camera on or off from CloudEdge . Have to use the physical switch on the camera. 3. No capability to adjust display brightness for the camera. 4. In order to replay a video, you have to go back to the alert page and select the video again. 5. Have been using it for a little over a week and it keeps telling me the camera battery is still at 100%, even though it keeps giving alert warnings that the battery is being used up faster than normal. CloudEdge has a lot of potential, but has a ways to go before it becomes a truly beneficial user friendly product.

Great cameras! Own 2 different models!

I’ve had two of the wireless cameras that I have mounted on the front of my home, and I honestly one have maybe two to three complaints. One would be battery life isn’t the greatest (granted I do monitor then often) the second small complaint is the mounting brackets/hard ware isn’t for all mounting surfaces but can be fixed with a few cheap concrete bolts/anchors and finally the last small complaint is software is kinda picky, I’ve had mornings where I’d wake up and have notifications of the motion dections picking up what ever it maybe. Only to go and look at the alerts and there be nothing there, and a few times it has actually full removed both cameras from my account and I’ve had to reinstall them/reconnect them to my account. Over thanksgiving those minor small complaint… I’ve had nothing but good luck with both cameras and I’m gunna be grabbing one to two more for my garage and back yard! Thanks again for a great program and cameras along with the solar charger!!!

Glitch city!

This used to be the best app I had for my security cameras. It worked great and had very few issues. Now it’s become he worst. For days my app told me my camera was at 100% battery life and since supposedly it’s supposed to last 120 days (which is a total joke but I can usually get a few weeks off one charge). Well this morning I went to check my camera and it was dead. CloudEdge never said it was low on battery or anything and hadn’t been recording stuff so I didn’t expect it to die so soon. As a result I missed out on an important visitor. I don’t have a doorbell so CloudEdge going off and notifying me that someone is at my door is how I can tell I have company. I can’t hear knocking as well due to some hearing issues. So I’m disappointed and annoyed. When it does manage to record anything it’s so glitchy you can’t make out who you’re seeing sometimes even on HD setting. And forget about hearing what is being said. CloudEdge also somehow turned the intercom setting off on its own. Just weird and inconvenient stuff going on. I’m switching over to Wyze 100% now. They at least can understand what the problem is and fix it. It’s hard to follow what the developers of this app are trying to get across at times probably since English isn’t their native language.

Inadequate solar power

Although it may not be an issue in some climates and terrain but were I happen to reside in a mountainous area the lack of available sunlight is just not physically possible to power the camera with the provided solar panel. It would require a minimum of 3x ampacity than the cell provided. It is the middle of summer in the appalachian mountains, camera with a full charge before mounting last 3-4 days before having to be removed and recharged. If I didn't already own solar panels of the correct size to replace the provided panel I would have returned the camera. Although I am still considering it based on a matter of principle that I shouldn't have to provide my own panel, and anyone else that buys one of these cameras will have to do the same. It is bad business and false advertising. However I'm sure this situation will be rectified if I happen to decide to bring suit against this company. I still have not decided to take this course of action yet, I will leave that up to management or the lack there of. No need to continue letting companies take advantage of consumers.

Stopped Working!! Please Fix Crashing.

I recently bought this camera and used CloudEdge . I have only had it for about two weeks. Initially it did everything it said it would do, but then it started glitching. Alerting the phone and saying we had visitors when nobody was there, and giving motion detection alerts hours after they occurred.

Then it just completely crashed on us. Started saying poor network and could not connect. We even had our Internet provider send a technician on site to verify it wasn’t our internet service, which all the tests that were ran verified our service had no issues.

My husband and I tried troubleshooting the camera, changing the batteries, reconnecting to wifi, and uninstalling/reinstalling CloudEdge , all to no avail. Nothing worked!! We also saw that two weeks prior the developers said they fixed a crash issue for IPhone 11’s, so we figured maybe it wasn’t completely fixed. I have the iPhone 11 Pro & my husband has the IPhone 11 Pro Max. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. If they do, I will change my rating back to 5 stars ⭐️. Just frustrated with all the glitches.

Easy Installation

I bought another brand video doorbell and after one week of trying with emails back and forth, I returned it. I broke my foot and really need a way to communicate to visitors and delivery people. Had I not absolutely needed this, I would have given up on the entire idea. However, I took my chances and tried again.
I cannot begin to describe the difference—no missing parts, clear instructions, app easy to download, no issues with WiFi, and quality product.
I am in my 70s and horrible with technology, but I dutifully charged it 8 hours as instructed. After that and to my delight, I had this installed and functional within 30 minutes. I am thrilled.
The only difficulty I encountered was the tiny security screw on the bottom. My old fingers just could not manage that delicate work, so my kind neighbor did this for me. I suggest magnetizing the screw. This should help.
On a rating of 1 to 10, I give this video doorbell 10s across the board.

Not for older houses

I was impressed when first buying these cameras and getting CloudEdge. I didn’t have to pay a service to monitor my house and the cameras are good quality for a good price.
After using the cameras and app for a few months I’ve found that it is not a good system for my 50s era house. Despite paying for high-speed internet, the materials my house is made of interferes with the WiFi signal to the cameras. More often than not CloudEdge “times out” and thus will not let me see what’s going on at my house. The cameras often miss motion triggers (I had money stolen out of my vehicle right next to one of these cameras), often have to refresh due to “poor internet connection,” and similar problems that are due to WiFi interference from the building materials of my house. Also, if the power goes out, your WiFi is gone which makes these cameras useless.
The cameras and CloudEdge would probably be good for newer houses, but not for an older house. You’d want a wired system if you have any kind of WiFi problems at your house.

Good app can use improvements like any other.

CloudEdge has been very quick to respond and does not time out at all. It works great for the functions that are available. There is room for more features like dead zones and selecting areas to watch for motion detection. At the main view it would also be nice to see the battery level and brief information on the camera status. Also at the home screen the top left menu looking icon should be a menu for features and options. Maybe a suggestion link to send in ideas for improvements. It would be nice if you could create a camera group and change all the settings to that group to apply to the cameras or devices you have added to that group as well. Overall it’s working great so far and it continues to get better. I am pretty happy with this purchase.

Repeated log in defeats purpose

We needed CloudEdge for two motion video cameras we put outside. We had several that work on the Kuna app which we are very happy with. The problem with CloudEdge is that it requires you to login constantly. You get an alert that it detects a person outside the front of your house at 3 AM and you try to look at the camera to see who it is, and you have to login before you can see it. The whole point of a security camera is to give you as much notice as possible if someone is trying to get into your house. Taking the time to login, when you’re half asleep, to see if you’re in danger makes no sense. I don’t always remember the password if it’s been awhile since I got an alert. It took me three tries to log in today. If it’s really a dangerous situation, or someone who means ill intent, it would be too late do you even called the police by the time you get to see the video because of the stupid login. Doesn’t make any sense to me there’s no security information on there why can’t they just keep you logged in? Most apps have a box you could check to keep you logged in but this one does not.

Transfer Could Storage ?

There does not appear to be a way to transfer your cloud storage subscription to another camera. I purchased two cameras, and paid for cloud storage for both for one year. The cameras turned out to be defective and I had to replace both of them within days of the purchase. After setting up the new cameras, I discovered that there is no way to move my cloud storage subscriptions to the new cameras.
This was especially bad because the cloud storage subscriptions cost almost as much as the cameras themselves.
And over the course of just two years, the cost of cloud storage on CloudEdge actually far exceeds the cost of the cameras. CloudEdge needs settings and options that allow customers to manage not just the cameras, but their cloud storage subscriptions too. Potential buyers must seriously consider this before buying these cameras and/or a cloud storage subscriptions. It would have also been nice if there were some easy way to reach the developer to express my concerns and experience.

Playback ability

I would definitely recommend this product and app! I have been very happy with the cameras I purchased and CloudEdge as well! Just one suggestion and one question both having to do with playback.
It would be nice when reviewing recorded footage on the full screen view to have the ability to see the timeline and be able to fast forward and reverse by sliding the curser on the same screen instead of having to back out and do it from the smaller screen and then having to go back to the full screen to watch.
Also there are times where the video seems to be buffering and freezes which is annoying but understandable depending on the Wi-Fi, but then there are times where the video seems to speed up and the sound is lost as well and I have no idea how or why that would happen?

Excellent Camera!

I’m just setting this camera up for the first time and so far, I love it! It was easy to connect to the WiFi and app and the video quality is awesome, but I have not been able to locate any of the settings options on CloudEdge . Where are they??? I am not able to change or set up any personalized settings. I also am disappointed that you do not have the option to stay logged in or be logged in on multiple devices at the same time. It is inconvenient that two people cannot view at the same time as well. I will update my review when I am able to use more of the cameras features and some of these issues are resolved. It’s a 5 start camera with much potential, but developers, please make this system more user friendly and give the owner more control to use CloudEdge as they wish!

2 ppl can’t view at same time

I just used CloudEdge to set up my two new outside cams. Super easy to set up and took less than 5 minutes to set up two cams to CloudEdge . I will come back to review once it’s in use for a month. CloudEdge alerts you immediately upon cameras noticing motion. The only thing I will complain about (which others are in CloudEdge is well) is that 2 people can’t access CloudEdge and view the cameras at the same time for “security reasons” which is ridiculous. I think that should be an option for the user not the creator of CloudEdge , who are you the government? Lol sheesh. So if me and my fiancé both get a notification of someone at our house and we both click to view it I’m guessing one of us will be booted off, that’s dumb. If someone is going to hack my app to view my camera how about instead you show when someone logged on to view, use common sense app creators. I’ll change my star rating when this is fixed.

Very happy with my purchase!

I downloaded CloudEdge after the purchase of four Zumimall cameras. So far the combo has worked very well. I have 3 cameras set up inside at the office and 1 at home, all manageable in this one app. It would be nice to have access through a PC as well for downloading and sharing files with law enforcement if need be. I haven’t tried the cloud service yet. The 128GB card does well enough for now. I would recommend this as an affordable way to keep an eye on things.

I installed a 4 Lorex cameras system around the exterior of our office and the difference in set up is huge. Running POE cable everywhere was a ton of work. I recharge the Zumimall cameras about once a week and it is not that much work at all. I’m guessing this app works with other branded cameras as well.

Thanks for making surveillance that much easier guys!👍🏽

Adjusting PIR Detection

So cameras are perfect for wire free WiFi cameras. They function very well when placed in minim or no traffic areas but when placed in high busy traffic areas battery will last a few hours but in areas were not much happens last as advertised. The installation was super easy and adding additional (same brand)cameras was easy as well. Also unlimited sharing with family. It picks up conversations from over 10 feet away and it’s clear. The night vision is also really good. I have 3 issues. (1) When speaking into the mic it’s not so clear on the other end, I can barely be heard. The outsider has a problem understanding what your saying. (2)No option to watch all cameras simultaneously live on a monitor or on your phone. (3) My cameras constantly alarming on windy days, birds flying by, neighbors flags are flapping, a bunny happens to hop across it, curious spider hops on it and it drains the battery within an hour or so; It detects motion period.

Cameras

This system is by far the best security camera I have ever owned. The ease of setting it up can be compared to simply turning on or off a device. Once you’ve set up one camera owning additional ones becomes so easy and such a pleasure to depend on I am just utterly grateful to have found them. If you want simplicity in setup and use this camera is the one for you: while the sophisticated performance is amazing the ability to economically store the recording in the cloud is also available. I highly recommend securing all of your property with these cameras. I’ll never own another brand after owning these. I have 5 of them at every rental property I own and use them at my parents property as well. The 2 way audio is superb. Do yourself a favor and purchase one of these cameras you won’t be disappointed.

Unreliable

The notifications work about 50% if the time. In addition to this, when clicking a notification to see/talk with the person who rang the bell, it sometimes takes forever for the live stream to buffer and start. By the time you finally manage to connect, you can see the back of the person who rang, walking away far in the distance.

The few times it does work (as in I receive a notification, and the steam buffers fast enough for me to start chatting) the camera is pretty great. But with all the troubles I’ve faced recently I would say that this happens less than 20% of the time.

The motion detection is also way too sensitive. Even when I set the sensitivity to “low”, then the motion detection goes of randomly, probably due to bypassing cars (which are 10-15 meters away from the camera). This makes it completely useless. Perhaps you should add an “extremely low” setting to the motion detection, so that it only detect people that actually stand in front of the camera?

The unreliability, overly sensitive motion detection, and slow buffering (all three of which I assume could be fixed by having a properly working app), makes the camera not worth the relatively cheap price. For anyone contemplating buying this, do yourself a favor and just pay double for another camera that works as it should.

Bad info

Have four cameras and only one tells battery level the other three say 100% all the time until the camera dies. When changing it says 100% as soon as you start recharging. CloudEdge need lots of work. I am considering sending everything back. FIX CloudEdge PLEASE!!!!!

September 13, 2019
Review update
Still waiting on a fix to CloudEdge . Still can not tell what the battery level is it says 100% all the time until the battery is dead. Also the night vision has gotten to where you can not see anything but spots. I have adjusted the angle of the camera and it makes no difference. If the problems are not fixed no one should buy this product. I am not pleased at all and if it is not resolved by the end of the month it will be returned and I urge everyone to do this even if yours are working it will soon quit

October 10, 2019
Review update

Seems like the night vision is getting worse as time goes on. It was not the best but now there is mostly spots or glare and it is not clear enough to make out a person or object. You can’t see the person face or a vehicle clearly enough to see any details. This creates a security problem if someone is around the house. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM.

Can only have one user at a time!!!!! NOT 6!

The only way to get more than one user is to set up a friend account and then they don’t have total access!! The other option is that when the second person logs on, the first is kicked off and won’t receive notifications! This needs to be fixed to allow more than one user at a time! I have purchased multiple camera for my kids (grown kids) to use at their homes and this is a big drawback!!
UPDATE: They responded saying the reason they only allow one person to log in at a time is for security reasons! This is BS! Or are they saying their sites aren’t secure, because it is for security purposes that they should allow more than one person to get alarm notifications!!!

Has potential, but not there yet

Motion detection for the cam is not impressive. If you walk by it fast enough, by the time the cam starts recording, you are already out of the frame and if you walk slow enough, it doesn’t get triggered on (highest setting). Playback is often buggy - plays the first video recorded instead of the latest one, and I have to restart CloudEdge to get to view the video I wanted, sometimes multiple times. Very irritating. Also the cams often go offline. The setup has potential, but as of right now I don’t trust it, it just misses a lot of stuff with the motion-record delay.

By

Decent camera poor app.

The camera seems to be fine. Day and night view are clear. CloudEdge to support the camera is way behind the times on technology. Picture notification is delayed. Usually takes the picture after the person leaves my door. Can not access the camera when away from home do to the poor network error message even though every other internet function works flawlessly. The WiFi connection shows in the 50% range with the router within 10 feet of the camera. I’m thinking about returning the camera to get one that has an app that works. When deciding on a camera I recommend researching CloudEdge that supports the camera prior to the camera purchase.

App Does Not Work

In addition to all of the other problems described by other reviews such as login issues, no way to turn the cam on/off from CloudEdge , loooong time it takes to open CloudEdge and then individual cams-you can have your house robbed while waiting for CloudEdge to open—as of today, CloudEdge does not work at all! I am unable to access any of my cams! The message says that I have poor WiFi, try again! My WiFi is just fine, given that I can watch tv and use Wyze camera system without any problems. Tried troubleshooting, reinstalling CloudEdge , but still nothing. CloudEdge is total garbage! Now I am stuck with 11 expensive cameras that are useless since I cannot access them!

Calendar incorrect

Got the Meco WiFi video doorbell which says to use the this app app. But CloudEdge has the wrong month, for example we are on December 22 but the calendar under HISTORY shows November 22. And if you scroll to the next month it goes from November 2019 to December 2020. Same thing for next year goes from November 2020 to December 2021. The video time stamp has the correct date BUT frustrating going to the HISTORY calendar to look up a specific date and it is incorrect there!!!

I contacted Meco WiFi and they said the technician said this is an issue with the older app version and to update to app version 2.1.0 BUT that is the version I have!! I even tried deleting CloudEdge and reinstalling it and SAME ISSUE!!

Best Advice I Can Give

The cameras are remarkable... CloudEdge .... ummm, not so good. Since the last update,( it is better), I’ll give you that. But why not play the cameras at the same time when I first open CloudEdge ? Don’t make us click on each camera every time. If I just want to open CloudEdge and see what’s going on around my house, let me see all my cameras. If I want to communicate with a certain camera, then make me click that camera. But let all cameras roll at once. You fix that, I’ll change my review to 5 stars. That’s the only fault right now.

Camera Plus App - Overall it’s decent but could use improvements

The camera plus app experience overall is acceptable. CloudEdge has a very confusing UI but if you can work through it and figure it out - it’s actually quite capable of doing a lot of things. The setting names aren’t clear and there is some guesswork to figure out what they mean too.

The main problem I have is that you can’t download video. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE! I need to be able to share videos to make this worthwhile.

Am I the only one

So, I purchased the camera and set-up is simple. I am confused though with the recording process. I have paid for the cloud service and still I get a message “no video”. I also have the correct SD card installed. The only way i’m able to record videos is to hit record while CloudEdge is open. This doesn’t make any sense. I should be able to hit record, close CloudEdge and then let the camera do its job and “record”. This is incredibly frustrating. A resolution is imperative, please advice.

Recent update broke the alarms

CloudEdge has been running ok, needs some work here and there, no surprise. But the recent update seems to have broken the alarm updating. The timeline still has the little green bars to show when an event has been recorded, but when you check the alarms button, there are very few, if any shown. You can play them by letting them go in order, snore, or carefully move the time bar so that a green bar is just under the cursor.

Support?!

Camera worked great until 12 days ago. Suddenly says poor network. I took camera down and stood right next to WiFi and nothing. I cannot see image but it picks up motion precisely with good range. Even quite a distance from router. There is no support offered for CloudEdge or in the documentation for the device. I liked it so much at first that I bought one for my parents and asked for and received a serving for myself for Christmas. But now I cannot see any images. Just motion alarms. HELP!
I hope I can return if I do not get proper assistance. It WAS a great camera for a couple weeks.

Can’t connect the home WiFi

CloudEdge is required to use the Smart IP camera. However, CloudEdge for does not allow me to register a new account. It says "Poor network, please check the network". This is rather frustrating. The home network/wireless has excellent signal. Even I am next to the WiFi router, the this app app does not pick up the signal. I can't proceed further to install the camera. Hence, the camera is useless without CloudEdge. I am expecting that developers should respond to this issue. Until the issue is solved, this is a garbage app to me and one-star is even too generous.

Since the last update, every time we load CloudEdge or look at a camera alert, our security applications have to block the same URL it’s constant, we don’t know who that is it’s not any we have ever clicked

They update the CloudEdge app then it don’t work properly people on the camera keep freezing up all the time then all of a sudden they shoot of like something out of the Benny hill show . RUBISH APP

When panning around, I lose control and camera pans full left or right. Almost impossible to stop it where I want. This operates the same with two different cameras.

Low battery notification won't go away/delete after the battery is charged to 100%. It says 100%charged in Settings... So annoying as the notification stays active and is sitting on my phone's home screen and won't swipe off.

Please, please, please change the color of your font in the alerts. Light gray lettering on a white background is impossible to read.

Paid for CloudEdge subscription on 9/19/2022; two cameras, cost us $100 a year. Cannot review cloud history from 9/19 to 9/28, and a few days in October... it's all gone, disappeared.. app says no video recorded for that day. What am I paying for then? No customer support to contact, no email or phone number. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Useless app and company. Regretting purchasing cameras, too... one of them has now stopped recording.

This door bell camera is GARBAGE!!! Won’t connect to Wi-Fi… For what ever reason, the MAJORITY of people coming to our home. Push in the motion sensor (Trashing the device) instead of pushing the ring button at the bottom of the unit… The ring button should be illuminated or at least better marked, instead of being all black and subdued… I would NOT recommend this product to ANYONE and I am sorry I bought it!!!

Jake   2 years ago

The app doesn't record events and save them on cloud service as described. It notifies me of motion detected and takes a screen shot. But if I go to watch the video it shows footage from days ago. And there is no cloud videos saved after that point.

Dan   2 years ago

Very primitive app. Always shows100%charge.Each event is only a thumbnail of the video. Playback of video is not a simple or possible process from the app. Make a playback button!!! List videos recorded and a playback button to watch them. Camera is great, the CloudEdge app is terrible! Worse security app I've used with any system I work with. I must alert buyers to avoid this app if bundled with a good quality camera.

I am having the same issue as many above. I cannot register for an account as the cloudedge app will no let me creat one because of the "poor network" message. all of my other apps work fine.

this app hasn't worked in weeks . All I ever get is the poor network message.

Cannot complete the installation! App refuses to send me the security code by email!

1. Have the latest iOS version on my iPad Mini, and latest CloudEdge version. 1. Keeps telling me to update. 2. App only partly visible on my device. Can never see right side of (CloudEdge) screen to click OK. Setting up my ETSROW doorbell cam was a breeze; it’s your app that needs attention.

These cameras are junk. You cannot find a customer service number to call. Do not buy these cameras their waste of money. I want a customer service number so I can get my money back

Same as many above - sitting right next to router which is "connected" to the Internet, and Cloudedge displays "poor network connection". I also am disappointed that only one person is allowed to view at a time. Makes cameras essentially useless when my remote motion detectors alarm sounds, I go to check camera and get "poor network connection" instead of seeing what triggered the alarm. They need to FIX some bugs or refund hardware devices.

I keep getting connection lost when trying to view a live feed?

I don't see a reply option here, so I'll post my fix for the "poor network..." error message. Here's what I did after weeks of this issue. Since it refused to work on my home network with the error "poor network, please check the network" I tried a completely different network. I have a car with a wifi Hotspot built in. I took phone and bell to the car, signed on with the phone, and did the doorbell install. PERFECTION! and fast connection. Then back in the house..... same issue.... so I turned off the wifi on my phone and used my cell data, it saw it and tried, but of course, the bell couldn't get on that network.... but at least I saw everything in the app, and it was working......I then went to my daughter's house and it installed perfectly. Everything is now pointing to an issue with my ISP. I called my ISP, told them what was happening, and they were here with a new router in about an hour. Before they left, they made sure everything was working and had me install the doorbell..... PERFECTION and fast as lightning! (I have gigabit service) I am now a happy camper again!

The "poor network, please check the network." issue is not YOUR network. It is the network cloudedge is routing you thru. Their server is down. You need to bombard them with email. If I have to buy another doorbell because I can't find another app to work with this wsdcam Doorbell, it WILL NOT BE ANYTHING THAT USES CLOUDEDGE!

CloudEdge will not let me add 2 more cameras. Keep getting unable to detect device,CloudEdge is a joke.

Since 2 months I can't connect to the camera, I receive notifications. I reset it but still nothing. I receive the "connection failed" every time i open the app.

Just bought a Geek security camera and connected it via cloud edge app. The camera seemed to connect to the WiFi, with continuous blue light showing, but the app said the connection failed. It said poor network. I was next to the router and the signal is excellent. The router is 6 months old and idle a bt hub. I reset the camera and put it to one side in case that I decide to return it. In the meantime I tried to open the cloudedge app again and it will not allow me to do so saying poor network! My camera depends on a successful app so if this is the situation then I will have to return the device.pleasd advise

Worked fine for months but app no longer rings on my phone and no notifications

Ctronics door bell Hi, the app was installed about 3 weeks ago, and worked OK for a few days, but then my Huawei Mate 10 pro with Android stopped getting notifications properly, in that my phone did not alert me with a sound, though it was working fine. I could still see and hear the doorbell by manually looking at it. The batteries needed charging in the door bell, and this was done by removing the batteries from the door bell. On putting the batteries back in, it now operates as before, though the notification process still does not work. But now the chime is not working, and when I try to re pair, or delete the existing pairing, (which does not work), it gives a fail message. I have to say the app seems to be very poor, and I hope I hear from you soon, as I still have time to return the door bell to Amazon, a shame as it seems very good otherwise.

Just started getting the "poor network connection" even though my husband can still access the cameras. Very disappointing.

I recently had my CloudEdge installed. Thrilled with it, however when it was connected I had an iPhone 7. I have now upgraded to an iPhone 11 it still records brilliantly but I no longer get a notification on my new iPhone. Have checked all the obvious on my phone but no luck. Any suggestions please.

App keeps requesting to log in every time just only after a couple hours. Very frustrating and makes the system completely unreliable. No technical support at all. No response and/or help after several emails

Kelly Robbiano   3 years ago

My app keeps requiring a new “login” every couple of minutes. It has never done this before.

App works for a couple of hours and now it's says poor connection. WiFi has been tested absolutely fine... All reviews seem to point to the app.

Recently have been getting "poor network connection" even though router is very close to camera. Not able to use camera

Why do you only allow one person to view this app at a time. My wife and I purchased this for security. To say that for security reasons only one person is allowed to view at a time is totally wrong. Your service needs to be updated allowing more than one person to view at a time. Disappointed!
