I tried the delivery a few days ago. Granted, during the Coronovirus crisis I would expect shortages but this was ridiculous! Out of 19 items on my list they only had 3. I tried to send a chat message on CubDelivery to my shopper to just cancel my order but it doesn’t work. I called the store to cancel the order but they would not help me.

I can’t add items to an order after I have paid. It says I can, but it doesn’t give search results.

So I decided to try CubDelivery yesterday (1/27/19) and I was given a confirmation email that said to pick up by 7pm. We I had my daughter go to pick it up and they didn’t have anything for me. They said they never got my order. I will be continuing to do my own shopping. Never trust an app that doesn’t work the way it should!

Wanted to try Cub delivery as an alternative to Prime Now but will never use CubDelivery again. Too many items get replaced with poor replacements. When I was notified of changes, I tried to go in to cancel replacements but CubDelivery wouldn’t let me until the shopper already checked out.

CubDelivery had told me that it would be 10 and free delivery and $0.61 tax when I checked out and paid for it my Wells Fargo told me that it spent $20 over somthing I was told would be $10 very disappointed

Reading the reviews... I was a little nervous trying out CubDelivery . But I have 3 little ones so going shopping is a hectic!!! Especially if I only need a couple things. Minimum is $10 so I bought a couple eggs, milks, veggies. They came within an hour. My eggs weren’t cracked! Which was what I worried most. My first time using it, no bad reviews. I think I will be using this more often! Yes there is a service fee of $2 but I doesn’t bother me! 😊😊😊😊
