OjO - Rideshare Done Right Reviews

I live in Hoboken NJ who just got a pilot of this app and Limes. Last night at around 7 PM i was walking from a bar to my apartment (approx 1 mile) in a full suit. I hit over half a dozen this app stations and tried to unlock around a dozen bikes for them ALL to be out of battery or unavailable. The sun was still up, it wasn’t night time I see no reason for them to have been deactivated. If they were all 100% truly out of battery then there needs to be new systems in place so that bikes are available at all times of peak use. I ended up walking back over a mile because i zig zagged between streets full of sweat.

Fantastic idea to disrupt the transportation game but execution needs more work.

The parking system relies on GPS and a narrowly defined permitted parking zone established by OjO . I spent 20 minutes standing in the parking zone with other parked ojos without OjO GPS accepting my location. I ended up having to pay the 20$ fee to park outside the parking zone, which was refunded, although not all the extra time I spent trying to get the gps to acknowledge my location.

Seriously one of the best designed scooters for a ride share program! OjO is designed like magic and is so easy to use.

The scooter itself is awesome and so stoked it actually has a seat unlike other programs. It’s just as easy to use as OjO and is a blast to ride. I feel like there is always a full battery so I can blast around town without a worry.

If you live in an area that has this app, download OjO and guaranteed you won’t be disappointed!

I used these scooters Labor Day weekend in Memphis TN and I was overcharged almost $600!!! I have tried submitted request, I have heard nothing. I called customer service, turns out there is no customer service number. I had to call the parent company. Still did not solve my issue. I want a full refund on what I was overcharged immediately. I hope that I can get help soon. I have no idea who to contact. Customer service is non existent with this app, very displeased. RIDERS BE AWARE OF YOUR CHARGES, they will try to overcharge you

Really enjoyed my this app experience. These scooters make you feel much safer than all the other models which make it much more family friendly and stress free. They also look much cooler around the city than the other ones laying around on the sidewalks! Love the this app’s can’t wait to see more

If you take a scooter it must be returned to another parking zone or else you get charged 20 bucks... which basically defeats the purpose of being able to take it somewhere. It’s the same as getting an Uber somewhere then the driver dropping you a few miles from your destination with all the other ubers. Terrible app, if you want to take an electric vehicle somewhere quick and easy use literally any other app

It will not accept any of my debit cards, don’t use credit cards

Had to scan several scooters to find one with a minimal battery charge. The scooter barely worked, parked it in the same spot after a few minutes of trying to make it work. OjO said I wasn’t in a approved spot despite it being in the same clearly marked spot I got it from and the only option to end the ride was to take a $20 charge. Waste of time.

OjO is super simple and works great! Also the scooters are by far the coolest and safest ride shares I have ever ridden. Highly recommend using OjO. The future of ride share!!!

Tried to get a scooter. The scooter never started or even lit up. I tried to end the ride, and OjO will not allow me to end the ride. It says “You cannot end the ride at the current location”. I haven’t moved from where I got the scooter , it continues to rack up the bill. This is a terrible experience and is essentially theft.

Finally a rideshare scooter that is built for safety and sustainability. The seat, 20mph speed, dual disc brakes and blue tooth speakers for my music make this a total game changer. Look forward to my next ride. this app on!

Way better than any of the other scooters out there — love the built in Bluetooth speakers and baskets!! Makes riding to work super easy.

When I complained that minors scooters would not operate and I was still charged for them, the company ignored me, kept my money and deleted my account without any notice. They have also blocked my number so I can never use OjO again. I will be in contact with apple.

These are honestly more fun than the standup scooters. Very comfortable and go pretty fast. Would recommend to anyone.

Lot of fun cruising around Austin, great scooter for commuting. Basket was a great help and seated position very comfortable. Will definitely keep using this app!

Front tires misaligned, very slow, for one that was low battery and charged me even though it cut out after two seconds. Wanted it to be great but it was very disappointing.

It’s cool but they will keep charging your credit card after you deactivated the scooter.

Keeps saying update without any update suggestions

It needs to add stuff to the electric scooter it needs blinkers and a cup holder for your drink

Kinda defeats the purpose of the service and OjO .

So first off I couldn’t submit my drivers license because there’s no option for the District of Columbia. Which I get is a little unique but there is no state that the US Capitol is in and it has its own license. Second when I rented the scooter finally it said “scroll down to agree” I scrolled for awhile. Turned it off. Turned it on. Did it again. Finally got four blank white boxes that I clicked and hit submit, don’t actually know what I agreed to because there was no text. Got the scooter rented but there was no battery despite it saying it was full. Quit. Rented another. It worked. After I tried to submit a ticket but again there were three white boxes that said “report issue” and I have no idea which I clicked because there was no text so I hope it went through so I can get my money back for the first ride. It could be cool but it’s not quite there yet.

Loved the smoothness and sturdiness of the ride!!

What a fun ride, this scooter is awesome
