Created my account with Facebook, so I don't have a password. I figure, "hey I'll click forgot my password, it'll send me a link to reset it and then I'll be good to go!" But no, because when I click that it just sends me a one time code that I can't use on BirthrightIsrael ! There's no way that I can see for me to either log in nor change/create a password so I can do the first. Garbage
I’ve signed in and it’s worked once before however, I’ve tried on multiple occasions and I cannot get past the loading screen. I’ve been told I’ve been sent the flight details and I cannot even view them until I’ve gotten through to BirthrightIsrael itself. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck at the loading Home Screen for a while and have paid my money already so we will see how it plays out. Not optimistic.
Worst app of all time. Please consider investing in a new developer
App is super slow after update and barely functional.
I’m trying to scan my passport and BirthrightIsrael just won’t load. It’s just a blinking Home Screen. I don’t know how to continue with my application without that step
I have tried several cell phones and still the scanning function on BirthrightIsrael will not work. “Server not found” is all I receive.
How do I complete my application without scanning my passport?
BirthrightIsrael crashes when i try to use my email constantly and the loading screen continuously loads without anything working. Very difficult to get anything done.
This is the first review I’ve written on an app because it… doesn’t work at all… I click on the icon to open it and it loads for minutes without opening. I think it’s worked for me once… I need to see my plane tickets on it… Can this be fixed soon?

wanted to choose my trip on BirthrightIsrael but there is no option to do that! very difficult time logging in. needs to be fixed/updated and could also use a new design

Per the developer suggestion, I created a login for BirthrightIsrael . When I tried to connect it to my application, I kept getting an error saying the email or password was wrong.
I created a new account and it won’t link to my trip. It seems like this is a reoccurring problem. What else can be done to help resolve this issue?
I login and with my email and it sends me the code. I put in the code and I’m stuck watching it load forever. I can’t go any further. How can I do the passport verification on BirthrightIsrael if BirthrightIsrael doesn’t work at all?
Can’t save fields on the friends/profile section for languages, major, profession, and interests. Iphone14 pro max.
Followed the developer instructions to create a new account and then log into my application... I got into BirthrightIsrael but the application won’t accept my email and password to allow me to link my app with my trip!
When you try to log in with a log in code it always says that it’s invalid. It’s not that hard to code in a log in like this.
Reading over reviews for BirthrightIsrael about having difficulties logging in, i immediately did what the developer explained (that you have to technically “sign up” even if you have a Birthright account because this is your first time using BirthrightIsrael ) and everything seems perfectly fine. Can’t wait for my trip!
