I’ve been a very active Uber/Lyft driver for years. My only regret is I never found this fantastic service and company before now. I’ve been renting a GREAT car for a GREAT price for over two months and could not be happier.
They even pay for my oil changes!!! Awesome.
The customer service guy in the Sunset office (dude with southern accent) is the nicest and most responsive person I have ever dealt with in any type of business. I also gotta say RideshareRental is really nice and user friendly as well.
I’ll be a customer for ever!!

Raaqim Cason was very helpful with getting me set up with my account. He was very informative and professional throughout the whole process. The whole team including the Rebecca at the store were patient and fast. Getting this car was honestly the easiest and most reliable rental I’ve ever gotten. If you do lyft or Uber or bounce, this is the company to go through!!

I was never confused about this company. They’ve always been straightforward with me. Very professional company. Have had their car for several months. Never had an issue with anything. They always answer their phone whenever I need them and I have all the questions answered.

You guys are amazing. Getting a car from you was absolutely easiest thing I ever experienced. Everything, everything absolutely perfect. From organizing pickup at Union station to giving me a keys from my new 2019 Hyundai Elantra. You guys are rock. Thank you. I will recommend you to everyone.

I really recommend Rideshare Rentals if you're needing a car to Lyft or Uber. It was easy and fast. The people I dealt with were great, friendly, helpful, professional. Lovoy and Colton thank you I appreciate your help and support.

Everything was fine until it was time to return my rental. No one truly responded or helped and almost 2 months later and still haven’t received my refundable deposit. No one person is the same when speaking to about the issue and that’s only if they answer.

Jacked up prices for cheap cars.

I’m looking forward to the time a company really finds the balance of cost, quality, customer service, and cars - while understanding the life of a rideshare driver.

You will NEVER make money at the rates they charge. It’s insane. $300+ per week for a base Hyundai!! They’re probably paying $150/month.
Know that as you’re driving around trying to keep your head above water.
This means you need to make about $20k/year - just to pay them. Insane.

Go buy a cheap car and clean it up. This makes no sense. I can’t see this company ending well.

These people are disorganized, dishonest, and failed to conduct business per their own website, app, and their own colleagues' commitments and assertions.

It’s not way you gonna make money renting a car from them is 52 a day that’s 364 a week it’s not a luxury car not leather seats not rims and if you get behind it’s 62 a day is just a nightmare Maven gig has better prices way cheaper and all maven gig cars are luxury for way cheaper 225 a week

Don’t usually write reviews even though I have a bad experience but this company/app is ridiculous, a lot of hidden fees and no customer service this is a joke! There are other companies like Maven or fair that could try.

RideshareRental keeps glitching and shutting down so I’m not able to use RideshareRental I have payed for my rental and called several times and haven’t had any feed back

I’ve never had any trouble with RideshareRental . I’ve been using the service for over a year now!
