Get Pricing Info for OjOI wanted to take one out for a ride, unlocked one at 18 miles remaining and then it immediately dropped to 0 miles. I had to walk it down the road for a mile because it told me thatโs where I had to park it. I got there and it was right next to a bunch of other OjO scooters, yet still charged me the 20$ for the parking penalty. So I payed 28$+ for something I might have rode for 1 minute. I want a refund ASAP.

I used these scooters Labor Day weekend in Memphis TN and I was overcharged almost $600!!! I have tried submitted request, I have heard nothing. I called customer service, turns out there is no customer service number. I had to call the parent company. Still did not solve my issue. I want a full refund on what I was overcharged immediately. I hope that I can get help soon. I have no idea who to contact. Customer service is non existent with OJO, very displeased. RIDERS BE AWARE OF YOUR CHARGES, they will try to overcharge you

If you take a scooter it must be returned to another parking zone or else you get charged 20 bucks... which basically defeats the purpose of being able to take it somewhere. Itโs the same as getting an Uber somewhere then the driver dropping you a few miles from your destination with all the other ubers. Terrible app, if you want to take an electric vehicle somewhere quick and easy use literally any other app

Had to scan several scooters to find one with a minimal battery charge. The scooter barely worked, parked it in the same spot after a few minutes of trying to make it work. The app said I wasnโt in a approved spot despite it being in the same clearly marked spot I got it from and the only option to end the ride was to take a $20 charge. Waste of time.
