I booked 3 day trip this week and as per their email format they confirmed my booking. They asked for documents like license and any address proof like voter id or aadhar card. I uploaded all documents on the same day. The day before my trip around 11 pm I got message saying that your document was not approved. I asked the reason and they said we don’t have any reason but if you have any Mumbai local I’d proof that would be helpful. I clearly said I don’t have any Mumbai I’d proof and they were ready to cancel the ticket with deduction of one day rental and GST. I was so shocked. Finally I provided my passport copy and they said we will review and will you inform soon. I waited till 9:00 am and then called them to confirm about my booking. Tried multiple time to call them and finally they answered that we will get back to you soon. I didn’t receive any email or message saying that my booking is confirmed. I received one message with delivery details and which was again mistakenly messaged to me including someone’s booking details.
After returning car they don’t send any confirmation email and no invoice same day. I called them and asked about invoice details. They promised to send within 12 hours. Almost one day spent still I don’t have any invoice details. I had very bad experience with my choice. I would recommend MYLES instead of my choice.
Completely dissatisfied and disappointed by their service.

Firstly they had me waiting for 4 hours to get the car i booked and found out that car is in worst condition. Then after talking and scolding to customer care, got another car, which was accidental and had lot of crash mark on the car and they are charging 26K + taxes for that. And apart for it, they charged Rs 1000/- for washing the car when i returned it where when i went to take the car, the guy who owns the shop was washing by hand and even internally after that car was in worst condition
