Loading time

I’ve signed in and it’s worked once before however, I’ve tried on multiple occasions and I cannot get past the loading screen. I’ve been told I’ve been sent the flight details and I cannot even view them until I’ve gotten through to the app itself. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck at the loading Home Screen for a while and have paid my money already so we will see how it plays out. Not optimistic.

This is the first review I’ve written on an app because it… doesn’t work at all… I click on the icon to open it and it loads for minutes without opening. I think it’s worked for me once… I need to see my plane tickets on it… Can this be fixed soon?
Horrible Bug Issues

The app crashes when i try to use my email constantly and the loading screen continuously loads without anything working. Very difficult to get anything done.
