Everything was fine until it was time to return my rental. No one truly responded or helped and almost 2 months later and still haven’t received my refundable deposit. No one person is the same when speaking to about the issue and that’s only if they answer.

Jacked up prices for cheap cars.
I’m looking forward to the time a company really finds the balance of cost, quality, customer service, and cars - while understanding the life of a rideshare driver.
You will NEVER make money at the rates they charge. It’s insane. $300+ per week for a base Hyundai!! They’re probably paying $150/month.
Know that as you’re driving around trying to keep your head above water.
This means you need to make about $20k/year - just to pay them. Insane.
Go buy a cheap car and clean it up. This makes no sense. I can’t see this company ending well.
