2 years agoI previously rented the rideaharw rental in Beverly hills California which I am going to be seeking legal representation with a lawsuit they repossessed the car I was renting and threw away all my belongings including buisness laptop,tablet etc about 15000 or more in property they said they threw it away and there's nothing they can do

Horrible service
Everything was fine until it was time to return my rental. No one truly responded or helped and almost 2 months later and still haven’t received my refundable deposit. No one person is the same when speaking to about the issue and that’s only if they answer.

Jacked up prices for cheap cars. I’m looking forward to the time a company really finds the balance of cost, quality, customer service, and cars - while understanding the life of a rideshare driver. You will NEVER make money at the rates they charge. It’s insane. $300+ per week for a base Hyundai!! They’re probably paying $150/month. Know that as you’re driving around trying to keep your head above water. This means you need to make about $20k/year - just to pay them. Insane. Go buy a cheap car and clean it up. This makes no sense. I can’t see this company ending well.

These people are disorganized, dishonest, and failed to conduct business per their own website, app, and their own colleagues' commitments and assertions. warning: approval does not mean you'll get a vehicle pickup location can change repeatedly without notice new and unadvertised requirements may be added during the process the website, app, and people poorly handle information and are unprofessional to the point of negligence constructive feedback / concerns might be dismissed without aid or remedy
