I’ve been trying for the last 10 days to get CESCODigital to set up an appointment to have my drivers license renewed, but the darn thing keeps giving me one error after another. Not allowing me make it past the Appointments option in the menu. And even when I finally can, the system dosen’t even make it past the schedule either, so I can’t find the most available time to go. On top of that, I can’t even digitally renew my license, because there’s a document or two that’s missing. But the system dosen’t warn me which documents I need to bring.

Update: I still haven’t been able to get an appointment so I went ahead and called them. And after waiting 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone. I tried to ask them to set up an appointment only for them to tell me to just use CESCODigital . But when I tried to explain why CESCODigital won’t let me, she hung up on me. Congratz, Cesco, you just won Worst Department in the World.

I can see all the fines that I have but it won’t let me pay any. None of the fines appear on CESCODigital but once I enter to the certification the fines appear. Would like to be able to pay my fines online and not have to make the long lines in person to see 20 people to tell me I have to buy stamps and then be able to pay the fine. The system need to be fixed.

I had tried several times and I can’t complete the process i had tried sending emails with my validated information and i had no response
I had tried to call the telephone numbers given to call the health department and they seem to be disconnected
Is there anything more i can do to complete the process?

So now today it still gives you a sorry error but now a banner pops up asking if you want a COVID card and when you say no it kicks you out. Verification for emails are horrible never received a single one. How about verification by cell phone number text? I’m waiting to pay my ticket and I only have 15 days for a discount. I don’t know where these locations are so paying on line is the best for most people that are not from PR. They should extend the discount for 30 days or as long as it takes for you to fix the on line forms.

CESCODigital has way to many bugs, cant pay fines, doesn’t show the updated documents. The isn’t connected to the auto expresso so fines when paid can be erased from car license. CESCODigital freezes or breaks the trying to load the id. Its not working correctly for the vaccine passport, says data is unavailable. This is a disaster!

Good app. However, I was not able ro input my vac. info because the time between the 1st and 2nd shot was only 27 days. So CESCODigital arbitrarily assume the next shot occurs at any month following the month you took the 1st shot. In other words, it your 1st shot was on the 3rd, and your 2nd shot occurred on the 30th of the same month (because you got a called from the vac. center that shots were available), CESCODigital will not allow you to input the 2nd shot info for the same month.

App’s home page icon looks black and white and incomplete, app logs itself out while being used, turns VACU-ID switch off.

Really like having all my driving information, payment options and official certifications available without having to drive to DTOP.

I still can’t be able to put my 3rd dose information in CESCODigital after they announced it publicly that CESCODigital have that option available.

They force updates on you without warning and disable access to the old version when you most need it. I get a “Waiting” message that never ends. Especially on a Saturday. Unreliable. Best to carry the damned card at all times.

When trying to register for the Vacu ID I was unable to fill the date as I received the second dose on the same month as my first one. You should be able to select the month and not impose by CESCODigital . Please fix it!!!!!

1. In Puerto Rico the majority does not understand or handle English. Therefore, it is a Government instrument paid, but not accessible to all.
2. I bought the new “marbete” on June 28, 2021 and it indicates that it is expired.
3. It should provide a way to contact and attached documentation to inform CESCO of misinformations, etc.

Is definitely a game changer for CESCO, yet it could be upgraded to include Driving Record, Test Booking, among other easy transactions. DOT should also add functionality or create independent apps for ATI (Public Transportation) and AutoExpreso (Tolls), maybe even a 3-1-1 to report traffic lights, potholes, etc

When selecting the month of the second vaccine dose the months of January and February would not appear in the drop down list. It will start at March. Dev you need to fix that.

You need to update so all of the months appear and can be selected for the second dosis. In our case we got dosis at the beginning of March and the second one on the 31. The option for that date was not available for the second dose.

So far it’s working for me. The only problem I have with it is that it keeps telling me I have unread notification when I have read them all. I don’t have an option to delete the notifications. Fix that and it’s a good app.

Information was not updated nor accurate. I had payed a fine in person last year and it is showing as unpaid right now. It may be caused by inaccuracy in DAVID. However, consumers expect accurate information when a service is launched.

Apps works great. I was able to renew my license swiftly and easily through CESCODigital .

There is a small bug where CESCODigital crashes and closes out when trying to add your VACU ID onto Apple wallet.

As a suggestion- the global VACU ID should also be allowed to be loaded onto the Apple wallet for ease of access.

It worked perfectly for me ( iPhone 7 Plus, latest iOS ) just make sure to put the correct information. But it does need to be updated, it says my marbete is expired when its not for at least another month.

I have 7 notifications and there is no way to dismiss, there should be a way to dismiss the notification so the badge disappears

CESCODigital exemplifies that great things can be done by the government when it puts its mind and focus to the project and leaves politics aside. Kudos to the developers and team.

(Small bug: the “add to my wallet” function is broken on the most recent version.)

If the purpose of CESCODigital was to provide better service, it failed miserably. I was not able to pay a fine using CESCODigital after multiple attempts. The dtop needs to put some work into this if they really want it to increase transaction efficiency.

Visa, Mastercard, Credit, Debit. I tried everything still can’t pay the fine.

It doesn’t surprise me that CESCODigital doesn’t work. Like everything that has to do with the government. The payment can’t be process, then what the purpose of CESCODigital ?

The application only allowed me once to login, after several times if trying.
I haven’t been able to login again!!
Bugs in the system.

I entered all the data trying to print my Registration Renewal Notification that is due in july 2018. Well, the button is greyed out. What do i have to do? to wait until august to print it?. I had to go to the old web page to print it

Tried several times and it doesn’t allow text over license entry and social security

Was unable to pay a fine after multiple tries. When entering information the keyboard doesn’t enable. After finally entering all the information, it says it was unable to process payment. Even their spelling is defective. Shameful.

Passed all process and an error that payment can’t proceed at the moment. A friend do the same and same error occurr. Puerto Rico does it better!! Nothing function well. Don’t waste your time or phone memory downloading CESCODigital. You just can look your info exactly as going to the website, thats all.

I never recived the confirmation pay email

Although it provides valuable information. I was not able to pay any fines using 2 different credit cards (both VISA).

easy to access and navigate. i was able to review unpaid traffic citations, description of registered vehicle, new license registration.

not nec related to CESCODigital but database--system shows my plates as expired despite tag still valid for another 90+ days.

Excellent progress. Great to have information accessible.

No puede imprimir la liciencia de auto en la cesco app

I have tried paying a parking ticket that I didn’t even know I had until a year later when it appeared on the app. I tried putting my card info in to pay the balance and repeatedly got an error. Then I decided to call the CESCO office you pay the ticket and of course more than half the numbers either don’t work or are out of order. I had one lady pick up then immediately hung up the phone. Now I have a $70 surcharge on top of my $75 ticket because it took a YEAR to apparently process the info. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

I've been trying to pay a traffic violation since March 4, 2022 without success. Well, I understand that my driver license expired in 1981, that's correct. I don't live in PR for the last 36 years. Presented my VALID license to the officer and instead of using the number on that license asked for my SSN and of course that linked to my OLD AND INVALID LICENSE. I even called to pay over the phone and I was told to used CESCO which doesn't work. That's one horrible website, should be user friendly. Trying to be honest and pay my dues. My recommendation, please make the necessary changes/adjustments to the website. Have a great day!

Llevo un mes esperando y todavía nada. Llene como 4 veces. Por la aplicación y también por email con foto de la tarjeta de vacunacion. Y TODAVIA NADA. Soy de TX, pronto regresaré y esta application no sirve para los que no son locales.
