1 year agoI would like to use this app, but each time I open it I can not use it for anything because is under maintenance. How many years do we have to wait for app maintenance to finish?. I'm begining to hate this useless app that is just taking space in my android phone.

2 years agoi applied yesterday for a new drivers license that expires in may through cesco digital was successfull i do not know if it comes with real id if not i would to make the change and include it with real id if there's any charges additional there's no problem i already paid $25.00 already let me know what would be the procedure thanks expect your answer as soon as possible it expires in may so threre time

2 years agoHello, I’ve been trying to pay a ticket for the past month since I got it. Wasn’t able to pay it with the 30% off because it wasn’t uploaded until 19 days after issued. Then I tried to pay it before the 15% off was up and kept getting an error. What’s the purpose of this app if it doesn’t work or tickets aren’t uploaded with at least 3 days of issued. You have printed on the ticket to pay with 15 days to get 30% off but you won’t uploaded until after those 15 days.

My drivers license needs to be renewed and this app is useless
I’ve been trying for the last 10 days to get this app to set up an appointment to have my drivers license renewed, but the darn thing keeps giving me one error after another. Not allowing me make it past the Appointments option in the menu. And even when I finally can, the system dosen’t even make it past the schedule either, so I can’t find the most available time to go. On top of that, I can’t even digitally renew my license, because there’s a document or two that’s missing. But the system dosen’t warn me which documents I need to bring. Update: I still haven’t been able to get an appointment so I went ahead and called them. And after waiting 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone. I tried to ask them to set up an appointment only for them to tell me to just use the app. But when I tried to explain why the app won’t let me, she hung up on me. Congratz, Cesco, you just won Worst Department in the World.

So now today it still gives you a sorry error but now a banner pops up asking if you want a COVID card and when you say no it kicks you out. Verification for emails are horrible never received a single one. How about verification by cell phone number text? I’m waiting to pay my ticket and I only have 15 days for a discount. I don’t know where these locations are so paying on line is the best for most people that are not from PR. They should extend the discount for 30 days or as long as it takes for you to fix the on line forms.

Can’t pay fines
I can see all the fines that I have but it won’t let me pay any. None of the fines appear on the app but once I enter to the certification the fines appear. Would like to be able to pay my fines online and not have to make the long lines in person to see 20 people to tell me I have to buy stamps and then be able to pay the fine. The system need to be fixed.
