I, probably like many account holders/app users, regularly send money internationally to families.
The latest iOS update didn’t carry all the previously saved transfer details forward, nor is there an intuitive way to save a recipients details, which were automatically saved in the previous version. So apparently you have to manually enter the details every time you make a transfer.
This has taken what I would have previously rated as a solid 4 star app down to 2 stars.

For last 2 weeks whenever I open this app bank app it only opens with white screen and nothing work. I filled complaint on your official website and told me about manager as well but no response whatsoever. Very sad with the technical error Please solve ASAP

Was working well but suddenly stopped working and giving a white screen on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Tested on other iPhones and it worked. Tested on multiple Pro Maxes and it didn’t. Please fix it ASAP.

I’ve been unable to get CBD to work post iOS 12 upgrade.
While performing transfers, CBD randomly shuts down.

Good basic app but needs updating for iOS 8 as pin entry to complete transaction no longer removes keyboard after entering PIN to continue executing transaction. Please update soon as we all rely so much on CBD . Thanks!!
