Show keeps freezing
Shows keep pausing and restarting every 10 seconds. How do I fix this problem?
I am watching Domina but the picture keeps pausing then starts up every ten seconds.
Films are 'freezing' picture, sound carries on...
Tried to watch Steelers/Jag Stream freezeuar CBS 19, Cleveland. Audio/video 10 or more seconds out fo sync. Stream freeze also. Grade: F

I downloaded it on my firestick and logged in. I clicked on a show to watch and nothing ever finished loading. I closed the app and started it up again and then it would not get past the original MGM+ loading screen. Not even to the main menu.
The pause feature does not work. If I am watching an episode and I press pause, I have to press the back button which takes me back to the episode list, then select that episode and then I will get the option to resume or start over. I have learned that if I press pause to continue then the episode will start from the beginning and then it is a chore to get the fast forward/rewind to work. If I am watching a movie and press pause, then when I press pause for it to play, it starts the movie from the beginning. The rewind and fast forward don't work properly either. It is majorly frustrating, not user friendly and just not worth it. I give it two thumbs way down.
Constant Buffering, can't enjoy a movie because the picture keeps freezing but the sound is still on? I certainly won't be renewing after the free trial. Too much of a headache and plenty of other apps that WORK PROPERLY
Subtitles on Domina are out of sync and I cannot understand the dialog. Please correct the synchronization of subtitles before season two of Domina comes out. I tried emailing EPIXcc@redacted to no avail. Thank you in advance.

I downloaded epix because my Samsung only has MGM plus to cast. The app freezes and doesn't load. I can not use rewind or ff. My trial ends soon. I will not keep if I'm going to have issues.
Just added the service and it won't load. Just a constant grey screen where titles should be.
Just subscribed to MGM+ to watch season 2 of FROM. and all o get for any movie is a buffer screen. I let it for 10 minutes and nothing.
with firestick fast forward and reverse dont work
I just downloaded MGM+ for my free trial, All I get is a black screen. I can see the menu bar on the right, but where the menu should be there are only blinking grey boxes. The search is also not functioning, and settings just have the title settings and a black screen with no options. Please help. Marjatta

Hit the MGM+ Icon and MGM+ shows on screen with black background but nothing happens. Are you btroke?
Fast forward and rewind don’t work ..movie hangs up forcing me to start a a 2 hour movie over from the start. FUX THE APP PLEASE!

On Epix app When I play a movie the sound plays and it goes back to the epix home screen while still playing movie but I can't watch the movie?
Epix app is the ONLY streaming app that gives you forwarding or rewinding….I have 24 other apps and NONE give me pause, forward or rewind issues…anyone else experiencing these issues?
