I initially loved LeiaAI and how seamlessly converted my idea to practical use. As someone who is not tech savvy (nor do I really want to learn lol) LeiaAI made it very easy to edit and create my website, even secure my domain name. Unfortunately, when the time came to renew my subscription (which is automated annually) is when I started to run into issues. My website was down for almost a week and my domain name was no longer registered during that time frame. I reached out via their “contact us” option and was given a notification that my message went through successfully and someone from their team would reach out. There was never any follow through on their end (and no number to call) one day randomly after going to my web address I saw that my site was back up. No one ever contacted me from their team. Now, here I am months later back in the same predicament. I used to sing the praises of LeiaAI and refer other business owners. Now, I’m frustrated, embarrassed and stressed out trying to find my own solution to a problem that they created and seem to careless about. This needs to be resolved and made right!!! We are in a pandemic and my website is connected to my income/livelihood!

Dont waste your time or Money as this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with if completely unprofessional I’ve sent 5 messages since the website is not working and still no response. But I have to do it all over a different way with a different software and company.

Nope nothing on my spam or inbox and I’ve sent 6-7 emails into you all including one yesterday and still no response and also if you reply to every message why am still not able to get into the website to edit or do anything and my issue continues unresolved, its like I’ve been locked out of it and that was every since I’ve email asking for a refund of the SSL since you all were taking 3-5 days to respond to my support request meanwhile the site wasn’t working and as a business we cant afford to have our website down with no support available for that long. I even tried calling the number on the receipt for the SSL that i paid for that was never installed by you all and its out of service. Sounds like you all are not really a serious or professional business.

I’ve been creating my website for a month. I had it finished 2 weeks ago but recently it deleted all my progress and updates and saved it. I emailed support about 7 times over the course of week and still not response. I’ve check all my inboxes, junk, spam, and even trash just in case. LeiaAI it self has a great flow but crashes and lags to often which when making a website and spending hours on it, it becomes tedious and feels like my progress could be lost again anytime up I use it. I’ve had LeiaAI for 2 years and they don’t seem to make important changes to their updates. Please fix LeiaAI and make it not such a risk to lose to much progress and time.

Simplicity at it’s best! I had my own domain until this month when I realized how much I was paying for my site to stay active. I’m a student and couldn’t afford the site any longer. I looked for free web builders, but I didn’t like the interface nor the ads of those more popular sites. The ads are quite distracting. I came across LeiaAI. I built my site in less than an hour and was able to view it on my laptop. I’m amazed! Someday I will be able to pay for a domain again and I’ll stick with you guys. Thanks!

Do not waste your time with LeiaAI. Paid for an upgrade that they never sent an email confirmation for. Showed them proof of payment in my bank statement. They refused to honor it and later deleted my account for not upgrading. I did not receive any payment or subscription request.

The first time my account was deleted they said that they sent an email asking customers to upgrade, I never received said email. My account was deleted without notice. It seems as if children are running this company, having no understanding of the value of a website and the time it takes a company to make one. Stay far away.

I give two stars. LeiaAI seems like it has decent potential, but on two different occasions it didn’t save anything.
The first day I spent about 2 hours trying to develop a site for my product. I saved it to go and make my kids breakfast. Wanted to work on it later and it said I had no websites started.
The next morning I woke and spent about an hour and a half trying to get to the same point. Kids woke up, I saved it... tried to show my wife later.... and no darn website. Ridiculous. I uninstalled. After two tries; and four hours of wasted time, I’m not willing to give this another shot.

I was really enjoying Leia until I came across problems saving my site if I upload my own photos. I’ve tried modifying the photos, and I know this is the problem because if I use their stock photos, I can save my site again. I am a paid member, but I will have to cancel if this can’t get resolved. I’ve emailed support but no response for a few days now.

LeiaAI is amazing!!! The layouts are great, it looks professional, and the option for a custom domain at a reasonable price is perfect!! I really really love LeiaAI and will be using this for my own 2 businesses. This will definitely be the talk amongst my friends, and I will be recommending this very much. Thank you creators!!

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that isn’t an option. I had the pro plan, also purchased Leia mail, monthly plan that allows access to e-commerce, custom domain etc. purchased at the end of October, as of beginning of January my site’s e-commerce still was not working properly. I sent emails almost daily and received generic answers like “are you sure the payment is enabled?” Screenshot and detailed descriptions and then no response at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LeiaAI IS A JOKE!

Yes this is a real person with a real review. I use to love using LeiaAI, every website I owned came from this company. But the bugs and glitches and looks like your app and website is lack of maintenance. I deleted LeiaAI twice off of my phone and reinstalled the same thing over again. When it’s time to create a website it always freezes on the 3rd step. Now I am looking for a new company to spend my money at.

I’ve tried using LeiaAI to build any type of website for even the most basic products. Even Yoga Studio as the example showing in app and I keep getting an error that says not enough information to build the site. Whether I go through all the questions or none of them so get the same error. Low rating due to inability to use LeiaAI .

This is just not good, the fonts aren’t organized, they clearly don’t know how to make amazing websites as it’s an AI generator, but at least offer more features in the free version, going back and changing everything is too tedious, it’s easier to build my own. Really bad app, needs to be updated and have better tech, backgrounds, and text. The layouts aren’t great either.

I’ve had the Pro version since May and I am using Stripe as the payment processor. I’ve missed out on so much business because not one order has been completed through the website. I have sent several emails about it but it has not been fixed. Now I’m being asked to purchase the subscription again even though I have already and LeiaAI is not able to maintain my login. I’m done!

The concept seems great for a small business or personal website. But for us where we promote events and usually have over a thousand listed, just doesn’t seem to fit our needs. I may use it down the road for a personal site but I can’t use it for my business model.

Hard to use doesnt give you enough time to claim your website and it doesn't understand how to upgrade to save your website it just keeps saying its already upgraded but it wont go through interesting app but needs work i wish it worked better for me

Is been lovely using LeiaAI,but I don’t know why the edit site can’t open after several hours of loading,please advice me on what to do.

Great creator, but I have one question
I came to get devkit back to play again because I deleted it for space. It’s gone now... where did it go??? Did you stop making it because I was looking forward to making many apps with it ;(

I am so blown away by what LeiaAI can do. It takes no time to build a fully functional and beautiful website plus lots of customization to make the website truly yours. Really good app!!

So I’m having trouble at the last few questions the words block them out or it stops working if you can fix this thanks a lot!

In this age white interfaces with one lonely button and basically nothing else, I am often confused as what to do, how much that is going to cost me , etc; however LeiaAI and the people who run it, they followed up with me before I asked my questions. Then their response was as quicker than I could put the phone down. With such a smart app on their hands I’m sure the sharp and speedy crew over at Vibe Software will have their hands full when LeiaAI really takes off. Maybe it’s true and the age of blank screens is ending and the age of AI is already here. Leia does the dirty part of creating websites for you, and by that I mean all the httpftp’ng that has to happen and does the job of designer. You still have to put your content into the Leia (AI), but a designer does more then make pretty pictures. A designer provides structure as well as rearranging the furniture, and Leia will rearrange your website design as many times as you ask. You can even rearrange the furniture yourself, till you get your site just right. Lela is the right app, the right price , at the right time, and it’s going to take a lot of stress and anxiety off my back. Five stars for Leia and Vibe Software.

Unfortunately even after several attempts to see my website done; I’ve not been able to move forward from the “building your website page”. Not sure what’s wrong, but I already give up.

I purchased the upgraded to use my own domain and it’s asking to pay again please help!
