I tried to email several times . They have not replied!!!! And they have not provided the service they say they will! I tried the 2.99 service for 180 followers and they have not delivered twice!!! When installing this application I had problem with my Instagram account, it was able to delete all my photos in minutes, I do not recommend!

I had purchased some followers on your app this app and did not receive them. My card was charged $18.20 for followers package and I did not receive the followers. I do not wish to use this service or app anymore because of this reacquiring problem. Also there is no where on SmartPromo that gives a receipt or confirmation that the followers or likes were provided to the Instagram account. That is a problem you guys should fix to reassure customers are getting what they paid for. I wish for a refund due to lack or service provided for what I purchased and did not receive.
